ทัศนคติของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ สตรีวิทยาพุทธมณฑล ที่มีต่อระบบเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ (Online Social Network) ในปัจจุบัน

Abstract

ในปัจจุบันระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตและระบบเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์มีการใช้งานอย่างแพร่หลายอย่างมาก ลักษณะการใช้งานมีทั้งในด้านเพื่อการศึกษา เพื่อความบันเทิง เพื่อการติดต่อสื่อสาร เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล และอื่น ๆ การวิจัยเรื่องทัศนคติของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ สตรีวิทยา พุทธมณฑล มีต่อระบบเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ในปัจจุบัน จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลด้านต่าง ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อทัศนคติที่มีต่อระบบเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างวัยนักเรียน ประชากร นักเรียนโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ สตรีวิทยา พุทธมณฑล โดยจะทำการเลือก กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากนักเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน ผลการศึกษา พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 14-15 ปี และ อยู่ในระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น เกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตและเครือข่ายสังคม ออนไลน์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มี 4 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านวัตถุประสงค์การใช้งาน 2) ด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ 3) ด้านประสบการณ์ และ 4) ด้านเหตุผลในการเลือกใช้ และในเรื่องทัศนคติของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีต่อระบบเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ พบว่า ทัศนคติโดยรวมที่ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามตอบนั้นมีทัศนคติที่ดี พฤติกรรมการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตและเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ด้านประสบการณ์ ด้านเหตุผลในการเลือกใช้ และด้านวัตถุประสงค์ มีความสัมพันธ์กัน ส่วนด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กัน กับทัศนคติในการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับกระทำการศึกษาทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์ ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างวัยนักเรียน ว่ามีลักษณะการใช้งานและมีทัศนคติในการใช้งานอย่างไร เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาให้เกิดการใช้งานเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

Nowadays, internet and social network are popularly used. The usage purposes are varied, it could be for education, entertainment, communication, information sharing and so on. So, the research on the attitude of Nawamintharachinutit Satriwittaya Phutthamonthon students toward social network at the present time has an objective of studying the influences that affect on attitudes toward social network of a sample group of student. The population of this study was Nawamintharachinutit Satriwittaya Phutthamonthon students. A sample group was chosen and the sample size was 400 students. The research found that, most of the respondents were females, age between 14- 15 years old and were studying in junior high school level. Generally, internet and social network usage behaviors were in high levels, there were 4 areas in this issue: 1) purpose of the usage 2) knowledge and ability 3) experience and 4) reasons of the usage. And on the attitudes that the respondents had toward social network topic, the study showed that, generally they have good attitudes toward it. The internet and social network usage behaviors in the areas of experience, reasons of the usage and the purpose were related. And the area of knowledge and ability was not related to the attitudes toward social network. The research result could be used as information for the study of attitudes towards social network in a sample group of student, to see how they use and the attitudes they have toward it in order to adjust and improve the use of social network effectively in the future.
