การศึกษาพฤติกรรม และการรับรู้ที่มีผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุ ของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของพฤติกรรมด้านการปรับตัว ด้านการเงิน ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านการใช้เวลาว่าง และอิทธิพลของการรับรู้ด้านจิตใจด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย ที่มีผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุของพนักงานบริษัทในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และการทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหา และการทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน ได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.944 แจกแบบสอบถามกับพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 400 คน และวิธีการทางสถิติแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์แบบพหุคูณ พบว่า พฤติกรรมการปรับตัว การเงิน ที่อยู่อาศัย การใช้เวลาว่าง มีผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และการรับรู้ด้านจิตใจ ด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย มีผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกษียณอายุของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน ในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this research was to study the influence of Behavior in terms of adjustment, financial, accommodation, leisure activities and the influence of Perception in terms of physical health, mental health influencing Employees’ Pre-retirement Preparation in Area of Bangpoo Industrial Estate of Samutprakarn. The questionnaires were used as the data collection tool, after being checked for the content validity and the reliability by using Cronbach’s alpha, which was used for 30 participants with a value of .944. The sample group included 400 employees. The statistical data analysis was conducted using the descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the inferential statistics including the Multiple Regression Analysis. The result found that the Behavior in terms of adjustment, financial, accommodation, leisure activities and the influence of Perception in terms of physical health, mental health were significant influenced to the employees Pre-Retirement Preparation in Area of Bangpoo Industrial Estate of Samutprakarn at the significant level of 0.05
