ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการที่พักแบบโฮมสเตย์ ในอำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม

Abstract

การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้คุณภาพการให้บริการในการใช้บริการโฮมสเตย์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการรับรู้ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวในการใช้บริการโฮมสเตย์ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการที่พักแบบโฮมสเตย์ ในอำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิด ที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรง เชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลจากนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยเพศชายและเพศหญิง ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18 – 60 ปี โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก และใช้จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อถือได้เท่ากับ 0.907 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นคือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง ที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐานที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ได้แก่ การทดสอบหาความสัมพันธ์แบบถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 20 – 29 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สถานภาพโสด ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001 – 20,000 บาท นอกจากนี้ผลการศึกษายังพบว่า ระดับการรับรู้คุณภาพการให้บริการในการใช้บริการโฮมสเตย์ และการรับรู้ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวในการใช้บริการโฮมสเตย์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับความสำคัญมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยคุณภาพการให้บริการ พบว่า ปัจจัยคุณภาพการให้บริการด้านการให้ความเชื่อมั่น ด้านความเป็นรูปธรรมของการบริการ ด้านความเอาใจใส่ และด้านการสนองตอบลูกค้า ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการที่พักแบบโฮมสเตย์ ในอำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยว ด้านสินค้าและบริการ ด้านราคา ด้านการส่งมอบสินค้า และด้านสถานที่ ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการที่พักแบบโฮมสเตย์ ในอำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

The study aims at analyzing the 1) the level of perceived of service quality on using homestay in Amphawa, Samut Songkhram province 2) The level of perceived of satisfaction of tourists on using homestay in Amphawa, Samut Songkhram province. And 3) the factors affecting decision making on using homestay in Amphawa, Samut Songkhram province. The samples used in the study chooses from Thai tourists between the ages of 18 - 60, selected by using a convenience sampling method of 400 people. A questionnaire was used, with a reliability of 0.907 and the content accuracy was examined by a panel of experts. The statistics used for data analysis were Descriptive Statistics, which included Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and inferential statistics, that used in hypothesis testing at the level of significance .05 was multiple regression analyzed. The results indicated that the majority of participants were female with 20-29 years of age. They completed bachelor’s degree, single worked in private companies, and earned average monthly incomes between 10,001–20,000 baht. In addition, the study results indicated that the perceived of service quality and perceived of satisfaction of tourists on using homestay in Amphawa, Samut Songkhram province at high level. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that the service quality in term of assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness affecting decision making on using homestay in Amphawa, Samut Songkhram province at the significant level of .05. In addition, the satisfaction of tourists in term of products and services, price, delivery and place affecting decision making on using homestay in Amphawa, Samut Songkhram province at the significant level of .05.
