ทัศนคติของกลุ่มคนเจนวายต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการห้องพักโฮสเทลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของกลุ่มคนเจนวายต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการห้องพักโฮสเทลในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวแปรต้นคือทัศนคติทั้ง 3 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึก และด้านพฤติกรรม ส่วนตัวแปรตามคือความตั้งใจซื้อห้องพักโฮสเทล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มคนเจนวายที่มีอายุระหว่าง 21- 38 ปี จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ในการทดสอบคือการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าทัศนคติทั้ง 2 ด้านที่ทำการศึกษาส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการห้องพัก โฮสเทลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยคือ ทัศนคติด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ และทัศนคติด้านอารมณ์ความรู้สึกตามลำดับ

The study aimed to explore generation Y’s attitude toward service usage intention of hostels in Bangkok. Independent variables were the cognitive component and affective component of attitude. Dependent variable was service usage intention. Generation Y, aged between 21 and 38 years old, were used as samples. The data were collected from 400 respondents by using descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation as well as multiple regressions were used for statistical analysis. The results revealed that both cognitive component and affective component of the attitude significantly affected service usage intention of hostels the cognitive component had a higher impact than the affective one.
