ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมและการมีส่วนร่วมขององค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของบริษัท กรุงเทพประกันชีวิต จำกัด มหาชน

Abstract

การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมขององค์กรดังนี้ ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ในระดับบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ในระดับกลุ่มและปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ในระดับองค์กร การมีส่วนร่วมขององค์กรดังนี้ การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์และการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของบริษัท กรุงเทพประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน) ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามาจากประชากรที่เป็นพนักงานของบริษัท กรุงเทพประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก จำนวน 300 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามที่ตัวอย่างได้กรอกแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง มีค่าความเชื่อถือได้ 0.953 และมีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอ้างอิง และการวิเคราะห์หาค่าความถดถอยแบบพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบสำรวจส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุตั้งแต่ 26 – 35 ปี สถานภาพ สมรส การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับ ปริญญาตรี อายุการทำงาน 5-10 ปี ตำแหน่งงานเป็นพนักงานปฏิบัติการและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ 10,000-20,000 บาท ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานแสดงให้เห็นได้ว่า ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมขององค์กร ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ในระดับบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ในระดับกลุ่มและปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมมนุษย์ในระดับองค์กร ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของบริษัท กรุงเทพประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 การมีส่วนร่วมขององค์กร ประกอบด้วย การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์และการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการทำงานของบริษัท กรุงเทพประกันชีวิต จำกัด (มหาชน) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objective of this research was to study the influence oforganizational behavior including human behavior factors at the individual, group, and organization levels, and participation of organization in the aspects of decisionmaking, operation, benefits, and evaluation on the work success of Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited. The sample group in this study included 300 employees at Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited, selected by using the convenience sampling method. Questionnaires were used as the data collection tool, which had a reliability of 0.953 and were checked for the content validity by experts in the field. The statistical data analysis was conducted by using the descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the inferential statistics including Multiple Regression Analysis. Demographic data revealed that most respondents were female, aged 26-35 years old, married, operational staff, had a bachelor’s degree, 5-10 years of work experience, and an average monthly income of THB 10,000-20,000. The results from the hypothesis testing showed that the behavior factors including human behavior factors at the individual, group, and organization levels had an influence on the work success of Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited, with a statistical significance of 0.05. Furthermore, the participation of organization in the aspects of decision making, operation, benefits, and evaluation had an influence on the work success of Bangkok Life Assurance Public Company Limited, with a statistical significance of 0.05.
