Abstract: | The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of conflict management, work-life balance, and emotional intelligence (EI) on the performance of employees in private companies located in Yangon, Myanmar. The research sought to understand the relationship between these variables and to identify opportunities for improvement in employee performance. The sample population consisted of 400 employees working in private companies in Yangon who were selected through convenience sampling. Data was collected using research questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations) and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results revealed that conflict management, work-life balance, and emotional intelligence (EI) impacted employee performance in private companies in Yangon at a statistically significant level of 0.05. |
