Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรในรูปแบบ Digital Transformation ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือกลุ่มประชากรวัยทำงานที่ทำงานในองค์กร รวมถึงรัฐวิสาหกิจ และข้าราชการ ที่อยู่ในช่วงอายุ 18-59 ปี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์สำหรับ การเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการส่งไปยังกลุ่มตัวอย่างใน Facebook, LINE Application จำนวน 321 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า วัฒนธรรมองค์กร การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง และการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ส่งผลต่อการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรในรูปแบบ Digital Transformation อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สำหรับผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร คือองค์กรควร มีการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์นโยบายในการขับเคลื่อนเทคโนโลยี เพื่อให้บุคลากรภายในองค์กรเห็นถึงเป้าหมายเดียวกันจนเกิดค่านิยมและการบอกต่อเพื่อให้เกิดปฏิบัติ ด้านการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลง คือ องค์กรควรมีการนำเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาช่วยในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานตั้งแต่งานขนาดเล็ก ไปจนงานขนาดใหญ่ ทำให้บุคลากรเริ่มเกิดการยอมรับ และเข้าใจว่าเทคโนโลยีสามารถเข้ามาช่วย ให้การทำงานดียิ่งขึ้น จนทำให้บุคลากรเกิดความพร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้ทักษะใหม่ ๆ เพื่อปรับตัวได้ตามเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป และด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี คือ พอมีเทคโนโลยีเข้ามาในองค์กรมากขึ้น บุคลากรจะเกิดความคาดหวังว่าเทคโนโลยีนี้จะตอบโจทย์การใช้งาน และมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถอำนวยความสะดวกได้ จนเกิดความเชื่อ และยอมรับส่งผลให้เกิดอิทธิพลทางสังคมในวงกว้าง
The objective of this study is to study the factors which affect the Organizational Driven of digital transformation. Research population between 18-59 years old who are working in organizations and government official. The online questionnaire was used to collect 321 responses via Facebook and LINE Application. The Statistics methods were categorized into percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that organizational culture change management and technology acceptance affecting the drive of the Organizational Driven of digital transformation at a high level and was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. As for the results of the hypothesis, it was found that the organizational culture aspect. The organization should have a policy vision to drive technology. Therefore, personnel within the organization see the same goals until the creation of values and achieve practice. Change management, organizations should adopt technology to help improve work processes from small to large jobs. To make personnel start accepting and understand that technology can make work better. Effecting, personnel are ready to learn new skills to adapt to changing technologies. And technology acceptance when there is more technology in the organization. Employees will expect that this technology will meet their needs. and efficient can facilitate until the belief and accepted, resulting in wider social influence.
