ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอัตราการก่อหนี้ทางการเงิน ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเจริญเติบโตของกลุ่มบริษัท อุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์และการก่อสร้าง หมวดวัสดุก่อสร้างที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาอัตราการก่อหนี้ทางการเงินของบริษัทที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการเจริญเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์และก่อสร้าง หมวดวัสดุก่อสร้าง (CONMAT) โดยผู้วิจัยได้นำข้อมูลงบการเงินของบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (SET) รายไตรมาสตั้งแต่ ไตรมาสที่ 1 ปี 2554-ไตรมาสที่ 2 ปี 2565 รวมทั้งสิ้น 11 ปี ซึ่งมีจำนวนทั้งหมด 13 บริษัท ผลจากการศึกษาโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์สถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรต้นและตัวแปรตาม กับข้อมูลงบการเงินโดยจะศึกษาจากรายงานประจำปีตามไตรมาส ที่ได้รวบรวมจากบริษัทในกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมอสังหาริมทรัพย์และก่อสร้าง หมวดวัสดุก่อสร้าง (CONMAT) ซึ่งมีจำนวนทั้งหมด 13 บริษัท สามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ บริษัทในหมวดอุตสาหกรรมหมวดวัสดุก่อสร้าง ที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยทุกบริษัทมีปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตราการเจริญเติบโตของสินทรัพย์ (AG) ยกเว้น บริษัท ดีคอน โปรดักส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (DCON), บริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์ตราเพชร จำกัด (มหาชน) (DRT), บริษัท เจนเนอรัล เอนจิเนียริ่ง จำกัด (มหาชน) (GEL), บริษัท ทีพีไอ โพลีน จำกัด (มหาชน) (TPIPL), บริษัท วนชัย กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) (VNG) เพราะไม่มีตัวแปรใด ที่ส่งผลต่ออัตราการเจริญเติบโตของสินทรัพย์ ส่วนตัวแปร ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่ออัตราการเจริญเติบโตของสินทรัพย์ในบริษัทอื่น ๆ มากที่สุดเป็นลำดับแรก ได้แก่ อัตราส่วนความสามารถในการจ่ายดอกเบี้ย (IC) และอัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อสินทรัพย์ (DR) อัตราส่วนหนี้สินต่อทุน (DER) ตามลำดับ

This research studies the financial leverage of companies that affect growth. Real Estate and Construction Industry, Construction Materials Industry (CONMAT).
