ความตั้งใจใช้บริการขนส่งของแม่ค้าออนไลน์ในช่วงการระบาดของไวรัสโควิด–19

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ ความตั้งใจใช้บริการขนส่งของแม่ค้าออนไลน์ในช่วงการระบาดของไวรัสโควิด–19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือกลุ่มแม่ค้าออนไลน์ที่ตั้งใจใช้บริการขนส่งในช่วงโรคระบาดโควิด–19 ทั้งหมด 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 15–25 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี และมีรายได้เฉลี่ย ต่อเดือน 10,000–20,000 บาท จากการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ ด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการ และด้านการรับรู้ความสะดวก ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้บริการขนส่งของแม่ค้าออนไลน์ในช่วงการระบาดของไวรัสโควิด–19 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors influencing the intent to use online store shipping services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The author obtained 400 respondents who used online store shipping services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data were analyzed utilizing descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and the hypotheses were tested by using multiple regression. The majority of respondents were female, between the ages of 15 and 25, had a bachelor's degree, and average annual income between 10,000-20,000 baht. Hypothesis testing showed that brand image, service quality, and perceived convenience had a statistically significant impact on the intent to use online store shipping services during the COVID-19 pandemic with a statistical significance of 0.05.
