Abstract: วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจจองห้องพักผ่านตัวกลางออนไลน์ของชาวกรุงเทพมหานครในช่วงการระบาดโควิด-19 ประกอบด้วยเพศ อายุ อาชีพ และรายได้ ศึกษาถึงพฤติกรรมการจองห้องพักผ่านตัวกลางออนไลน์ของชาวกรุงเทพมหานคร ในช่วงการระบาดโควิด-19 และศึกษาถึงปัจจัยทางการตลาดที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจจองห้องพักผ่านตัวกลางออนไลน์ของชาวกรุงเทพมหานครในช่วงการระบาดโควิด-19 ประกอบด้วยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านราคา ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย และด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง(Purposive Sampling) กำหนดกลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือชาวกรุงเทพมหานครที่เคยจองโรงแรมผ่านระบบออนไลน์ในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ -กันยายน 2564 ซึ่งเป็นช่วงการระบาดของโควิด-19 โดยใช้ G*Power เวอร์ชั่น 3.1.5 ผลการคำนวณพบว่าขนาดตัวอย่างรวมที่ 160 ตัวอย่าง ใช้แบบสอบถามทางช่องทางออนไลน์ผ่านทาง Google formเป็นเครื่องมือของงานวิจัยฉบับนี้ ผู้วิจัยนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน (Standard Deviation: S.D.) และการแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) สถิติการทดสอบแบบ T-test สถิติความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) จากการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยด้านประชากรศาสตร์ประกอบด้วยเพศ อายุ อาชีพ และรายได้ที่แตกต่างกัน ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจจองห้องพักผ่านตัวกลางออนไลน์ของชาวกรุงเทพมหานครในช่วงการระบาดโควิด-19 ไม่แตกต่างกัน ปัจจัยทางการตลาดด้านราคาส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจจองห้องพักผ่านตัวกลางออนไลน์ในช่วงการระบาดโควิด-19
The purpose of this research were: Studying the demographic factors that influence the decision on making online booking for a hotel room during the Covid-19 situation such as gender, age, occupation and average monthly income were also taken into account. Studying the behaviors of Bangkokians on the subject of booking hotels and rooms through online travel agencies during the Covid-19 situation. Studying the 4P’s Marketing Factors (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) that influence Bangkokians to use online travel agents for hotels and rooms during Covid-19 situation The samples used are Purposive Sampling. Using the G*Power (3.1.5),160 samples in the research were collected from online questionnaires on Google Forms and conducted by Bangkokians who made online bookings for hotel rooms during Covid-19 situation in period between February-September 2021. And data analysis was conducted by using the following statistical tools, including Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Frequency furthermore, the hypothesis T-test, One-Way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) Researches show that demographic factors consisting of gender, age, career and different amount of incomes affect the decision of use online bookings for hotel rooms through online travel agencies during Covid-19 situation in a similar way. Meanwhile, price as one of the marketing factors substantially affects the decision.
