ระบบสารสนเทศ แรงจูงใจและสุขอนามัย และการฝึกอบรม ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านระบบสารสนเทศที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ และสุขอนามัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการฝึกอบรม ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน ประชากรที่ใช้คือพนักงานของกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน จำนวน 300 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม (Google Form) สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยระบบสารสนเทศประกอบด้วยคุณภาพของข้อมูล คุณภาพของระบบ ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ยกเว้นด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการไม่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน 2) ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ และสุขอนามัยส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ปัจจัยการฝึกอบรมประกอบด้วยด้านความพร้อมในการฝึกอบรม ด้านกระบวนการฝึกอบรมส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการทำงานของพนักงานช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโควิด 19 ในกลุ่มบริษัท นทลิน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purposes of this research were to 1) study management information system factor affecting employees’ work performance efficiency under COVID 19 Virus Pandemic in Nathalin Group Company, 2) study motivation and hygiene factor affecting employees’ work performance efficiency under COVID 19 Virus Pandemic in Nathalin Group Company, and 3) study training factor affecting employees’ work performance efficiency under COVID 19 Virus Pandemic in Nathalin Group Company, The sample used in the study was purposive sampling with 200 employees of the Nathalin Group. The instrument used in the research was questionnaire (Google Form) as well as the descriptive statistics used was percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The inferential statistics was the multiple regression analysis. The result of the study revealed that 1) the management information system factor in terms of data quality and system quality affected employees’ work performance efficiency under COVID 19 Virus Pandemic in Nathalin Group Company with the significant level of 0.05. However the management information system factor in terms of service quality did not affect employees’ work performance efficiency under COVID 19 Virus Pandemic in Nathalin Group Company, 2) the motivation and hygiene factors affected employees’ work performance efficiency under COVID 19 Virus Pandemic in Nathalin Group Company with the significant level of 0.05, and 3) the training factor affected employees’ work performance efficiency under COVID 19 Virus Pandemic in Nathalin Group Company with the significant level of 0.05.
