Abstract: | The research was aimed primarily to explore the facilitating conditions, attitude, trust, perceived usefulness, and effort expectancy affecting mobile banking application adoption of customers in Bangkok. Closed-ended survey questionnaires were implemented to collect data from 102 consumers in Bangkok who used smartphones and were interested in using mobile banking application. The inferential statistics for hypothesis testing was regression. The results revealed that the factors affecting mobile banking application adoption of consumers in Bangkok were facilitating conditions and perceived usefulness at .05 statistically significant levels. These factors explained 96.7 percentage of the influence toward the mobile banking application of consumers in Bangkok. However, mobile technology acceptance in terms of attitude, trust, and effort expectancy did not affect mobile banking application adoption of consumers in Bangkok. |
