อิทธิพลของรูปแบบการทำงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงาน และการติดต่อสื่อสาร ที่มีผลต่อความไว้วางใจในการทำงานของพนักงาน Generation Y

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของรูปแบบการทำงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงาน การติดต่อสื่อสารที่มีผลต่อความไว้วางใจในการทำงานของพนักงาน Generation Y บริษัทโลจิสติกส์แห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 400 คน และวิธีการทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสมมติฐาน ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า รูปแบบการทำงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงาน และการติดต่อสื่อสาร มีผลต่อความไว้วางใจในการทำงานของพนักงาน Generation Y บริษัทโลจิสติกส์แห่งหนึ่ง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The research aims to study the influences of working style, work participation and communication toward work trust of generation y employees in a logistic company. The questionnaire was collected from 400 employees in Logistic Company. The statistics that used in this study were percentages, means, and standard deviations and the multiple regression analysis are used to verify the hypotheses. The result was found that working style, work participation and communication affecting work Trust of generation y employees in a logistic company with the statistical significance of 0.05.
