Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to investigate international strategy, intercultural business negotiations, negotiation tactics, organizational management, and business relationship affecting the success of international business management of entrepreneurs in Bangkok. The survey questionnaires were applied for data collection. The results found that the majority of 400 respondents were males with the age between 41-50 years old. Most of them completed a bachelor’s degree and earned a monthly income above 60,000 THB. Additionally, the results revealed that negotiation tactics and business relationship were the two significant factors that affected the success of international business management of entrepreneurs in Bangkok at the significant level of .05. On the other hand, international strategy, intercultural business negotiations, and organizational management did not affect the success of international business management of entrepreneurs in Bangkok. |
