กระบวนการนำเสนอข่าวและการคัดกรองข่าวปลอมของรายการข่าวสถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “กระบวนการนำเสนอข่าวและการคัดกรองข่าวปลอมของรายการข่าว สถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD” มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความหมายของข่าวปลอมในมุมมองของ กองบรรณาธิการข่าวสถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD 2) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบของข่าวปลอมในมุมมองของ กองบรรณาธิการ ข่าวสถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD 3) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการนำเสนอข่าวของรายการ ข่าวสถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการคัดกรองข่าวปลอมของกองบรรณาธิการข่าว สถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบการศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี (Case Study Method) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจานวน 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายข่าว 2) บรรณาธิการข่าว 3) ผู้สื่อข่าว รวมทั้งหมด 9 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความหมายของข่าวปลอมในมุมมองของกองบรรณาธิการข่าวสถานีโทรทัศน์ ช่อง 7HD ประกอบ ไปด้วย 4 ประการ คือ 1) ข่าวที่มีเนื้อหาเป็นเท็จ 2) การโฆษณาชวนเชื่อ 3) ข่าวที่นำเสนอ เข้าข้าง ฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่ง 4) การแอบอ้าง รูปแบบของข่าวปลอมในมุมมองของกองบรรณาธิการข่าว สถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD มีทั้งสิ้น 7 รูปแบบ คือ 1) เสียดสีหรือล้อเลียน 2) เชื่อมโยงมั่ว 3) ชี้นำ ให้เข้าใจผิด 4) บริบทที่เป็นเท็จ 5) บิดเบือน 6) ปลอมแปลง 7) เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ กระบวนการนำเสนอข่าวของรายการข่าวสถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD มีทั้งหมด 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ขั้นเตรียมการก่อนผลิต 2) ขั้นการตรวจสอบและการคัดกรอง 3) ขั้นการผลิตรายการ 4) ขั้นหลังการผลิต และวิธีการคัดกรองข่าวปลอมของกอง บรรณาธิการข่าวสถานีโทรทัศน์ช่อง 7HD มี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) ประเมินเนื้อหาเพื่อตั้งข้อสังเกตเบื้องต้น 2) ตรวจสอบหาต้นตอแหล่งที่มา ของข่าว 3) ตรวจสอบแหล่งข้อมูลประกอบ และ 4) สอบถามหน่วยงานหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยตรง

This qualitative study aims to news presentation process and fake news screening of news television program of television channel 7HD. Its objectives are 1) To study the meaning of fake news from the perspective of news editorial team on television channel 7HD. 2) To study the form of fake news from the perspective of news editorial team of television channel 7HD. 3) To study the process of presentation. News of news programs on television channel 7HD. 4) To study how to screen fake news of the news editorial staff of television channel 7HD. This research is a qualitative research in a case study. Data was collected through In–depth interviews with 3 key informants 1) News Manager 2) News Editor 3) Reporter Total 9 people. The research results were found that the meaning of fake news in the view of the news editors of television channel 7HD consists of 4 things. 1) News that contains false content 2) Propaganda 3) News presented in the side 4) Impersonation. There are 7 forms of fake news in the news editorial view of television channel 7HD. 1) Satire or parody 2) Connect mimic 3) Misrepresent 4) False context 5) Perversion 6) Counterfeit 7) Change according to purpose. The news presentation process of the news program on TV television channel 7HD has 4 steps 1) Pre–production process 2) Inspection and screening process 3) Production process 4) Post–production process. And the screening method for fake news of the news editor's office, television channel 7HD, has 4 steps 1) Evaluate the content for preliminary observation 2) Check for the source of the news 3) Check the accompanying sources 4) Ask the agency or expert directly.
