ประเภทเนื้อหาสารที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมต่อของวิศวกรไฟฟ้าและช่างไฟ กรณีศึกษาและทดสอบ เฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจ ลีน่า พี.แอล.

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง “ประเภทเนื้อหาสารที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมต่อของวิศวกรไฟฟ้าและช่างไฟ กรณีศึกษาและทดสอบ เฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจ ลีน่า พี.แอล.” ผู้วิจัยแบ่งการศึกษาออกเป็น 3 ส่วนตามวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประเภทเนื้อหาสารบนเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจ ลีน่า พี.แอล. โดยทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจ ลีน่า พี.แอล. ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน พ.ศ. 2562 จนถึง 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2562 เป็นเวลา 6 เดือน จำนวนโพสต์ 55 โพสต์ 2) เพื่อทำการทดสอบเปรียบเทียบประเภทเนื้อหาสารข้อมูลความรู้เรื่องงานไฟฟ้าและขั้นตอนกระบวนการการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมไลก์ คอมเมนต์ แชร์ ของวิศวกรไฟฟ้าและช่างไฟมากที่สุดบนเฟซบุ๊กแฟนเพจ ลีน่า พี.แอล.ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1-31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2562 และ 3) เพื่อทำการทดสอบเปรียบเทียบประเภทเนื้อหาสารข้อมูลความรู้เรื่องงานไฟฟ้าและขั้นตอนกระบวนการการทำงานที่ส่งผลต่อการติดตามแฟนเพจของวิศวกรไฟฟ้าและช่างไฟมากที่สุดตั้งแต่วันที่ 1-31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าแฟนเพจเฟซบุ๊ก ลีน่า พี.แอล นำเสนอเนื้อหาสารประเภทการให้ความรู้ในด้านงานไฟฟ้ามากที่สุด โดยมีจำนวนโพสต์ 19 โพสต์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.6 รองลงมา คือ เนื้อหาสารประเภทวันพิเศษ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25.5 และกิจกรรมของทางบริษัทคิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.5 และยังพบว่าประเภทเนื้อหาสารการให้ความรู้ด้านงานไฟฟ้าได้รับการมีส่วนร่วมไลก์ คอมเมนต์ แชร์ มากที่สุด และรองลงมา คือเนื้อหาสารขั้นตอนกระบวนการทำงาน สำหรับผลการทดสอบประเภทเนื้อหาสารที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมการถูกใจเพจมากที่สุดคือ เนื้อหาประเภทกระบวนการทำงาน โดยเป็นเนื้อหาเรื่องเทคนิคการต่อสายไฟให้แน่นหนา มีจำนวนการถูกใจเพจจำนวน 124 คน และรองลงมาคือเนื้อหาประเภทการให้ควารรู้ในด้านงานไฟฟ้าเป็นเนื้อหาเรื่องท่อโลหะมีกี่แบบแตกต่างกันอย่างไรมีจำนวนการถูกใจเพจจำนวน 121 คน

The researcher divided this study into 3 parts based on objectives as follows: 1) To study the types of content on Facebook Fanpage of Leena P.L. by analyzing the content of the Facebook Fanpage of Leena P.L. from 1 April 2019 to 31 October 2019 for 6 months, a total of 55 posts; 2) To conduct a comparison test on the types of content of knowledge on electrical work and work processes that have the most impact on participations to like, share and comment among the electrical engineers and electricians on the Facebook Fanpage of Leena P.L. from 1 to 31 October 2019, and; 3) To conduct a comparison test on the types of content of knowledge of electrical work and working processes that have the most impact on following the fanpage among electrical engineers and electricians from 1 to 31 October 2019. The research results revealed that most of the contents which the Facebook Fanpage Leena P.L. presented were a type of knowledge in electrical work with 19 posts, accounting for 34.6%, followed by the type of special days, accounting for 25.5%, and the company's activities, accounting for 14.5%. It also revealed that the type of content of knowledge in electrical work received participation with the highest number of likes, shares and comments, and followed by the content of work processes. For the results of the test of the content type that had the most effect for the participations to follow the page was the type of work process, which was the content of techniques for tightly wiring with 124 likes on the page, followed by the type of knowledge in the electrical work, which was the content of types and differences in each type of metal pipes, with 121 likes on the page.
