ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้สมาร์ทวอทช์ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านความได้เปรียบโดยเปรียบเทียบ ความง่ายในการใช้งาน ความเข้ากันได้ การแสดงผลลัพธ์ได้ ความเพลิดเพลิน และอิทธิพลทางสังคมที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้สมาร์ทวอทช์ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างในการศึกษาคือ ผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครที่รู้เกี่ยวกับสมาร์ทวอทช์ จำนวน 385 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อถือได้เท่ากับ .977 และมีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ในการตรวจสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความได้เปรียบโดยเปรียบเทียบ ความง่ายในการใช้งาน และทัศนคติต่อการใช้ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจใช้สมาร์ทวอทช์

The objective of this study was to study factors affecting intention to use Smartwatch which are competitive advantage, ease of use, compatibility, demonstability, enjoyment, enjoyment and attitude towards the use. The research sample were 385 consumers in Bangkok who know about smartwatch. A questionnaire with reliability value of .977 having passed the content validity test by experts was used in collecting data. Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis at .05 significance level were applied in analyzing data and testing hypotheses. Results indicate that competitive advantage, ease of use and attitude towards the use have positive effects on intention to use smartwatch.
