ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวสถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว สถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่าง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะประชากรและรูปแบบการท่องเที่ยว 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว สถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่าง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวของสถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ต่อความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว สถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทย จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t (Independent Sample t-test) และค่าความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way Analysis of Variance: One Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว สถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่าง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะประชากรและรูปแบบการท่องเที่ยว พบว่า ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ (x ̅ = 3.80) ด้านสถานที่ (x ̅ = 3.73) ด้านความปลอดภัย (x ̅ = 3.70) ด้านประชาสัมพันธ์ (x ̅ = 3.68) ด้านราคา ค่าใช้จ่าย (x ̅ = 3.63) ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ บุคลากรผู้ให้บริการ (x ̅ = 3.61) และด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (x ̅ = 3.52) 2) พฤติกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว สถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่าง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า จำนวนวันที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในสถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง คือ 1 วัน จำนวน 324 คน รองลงมา มีจำนวนครั้งที่เคยเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในสถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง คือ ไม่เคย จำนวน 236 คน และมียานพาหานะที่ใช้เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวในสถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง คือ รถยนต์ส่วนตัว จำนวน 180 คน 3) รูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวของสถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ต่อความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยว สถานีเกษตรหลวงอ่างขาง ตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า มีรูปแบบการท่องเที่ยวที่ชอบมากที่สุด คือ การท่องเที่ยวแบบ Home Stay/Farm Stay โดยมุ่งเน้นเปิดประสบการณ์สัมผัส วิถีชีวิตของเกษตรกร พักอาศัยช่วงระยะเวลาสั้น ๆ

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the satisfaction of Thai tourists who traveled at Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. They were classified by demographic characteristics and tourism patterns, 2) to study tourism behavior of Thai tourists who traveled at Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province; and 3) to study tourism patterns of the Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province on the satisfaction of Thai tourists who visited at Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. 400 Thai tourists were drawn to be the sample of the study. The research instrument, a questionnaire, was used to collect the data which were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Sample t-test, and One Way Analysis of Variance: One Way ANOVA. The results were showed as follows: 1) The satisfaction of Thai tourists who traveled at Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. They were classified by demographic characteristics and tourism patterns was found that product and service were the highest at (x ̅ = 3.80), followed by place (x ̅ = 3.73), security (x ̅ = 3.70), promotion (x ̅ = 3.68), price (x ̅ = 3.63), people (x ̅ = 3.61), and facilities (x ̅ = 3.52). 2) Tourism behavior of Thai tourists who traveled at Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province was found that there were 324 Thai tourists traveled to visit the Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station) was 1 day, followed by 236 people who never visited to the Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), and there were 180 people who used private cars to travel to the Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station). 3) Tourism patterns of the Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province on the satisfaction of Thai tourists who visited at Royal Project Ang-Khang (agricultural station), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province was found that the most preferred type of tourism was the Home Stay/Farm Stay which focused on experience of farmers' lifestyle and staying for a short period.
