ความเป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และความพึงพอใจที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อน้ำหอม
แบรนด์เนมของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ
ความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคที่ซื้อและใช้น้ำหอม
แบรนด์เนมและพักอาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 250 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบ
สมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 21–30 ปี การศึกษา
อยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ย 30,000–40,000 บาท
ส่วนใหญ่มีช่องทางการรับข้อมูลจากบล็อก (Blog) และมีการซื้อน้ำหอมราคาเฉลี่ย 2,001–2,500
บาท นอกจากนี้ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อน้ำหอมแบรนด์เนม
ของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ความตระหนักรู้ใน
ตราสินค้า ความเป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และความพึงพอใจ โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์
การตัดสินใจซื้อน้ำหอมแบรนด์เนมของผู้บริโภคในกรุงเทพมหานครได้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.5 ในขณะที่
ปัจจัยความสอดคล้องกับตนเองไม่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อน้ำหอมแบรนด์เนมของผู้บริโภคใน
กรุงเทพมหานคร This research was aimed primarily to study the brand consciousness,
self–congruence, distinctiveness, social media and satisfaction affecting purchase
decision of brand name perfumes of consumers in Bangkok. Close-ended
questionnaires were verified the reliability and content validity for data collection.
The samples consisted of 250 online customers in Bangkok who bought and used
brand name perfumes. Inferential statistics used in the hypothesis testing was
multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that the majority of respondents were females between
21–30 years of age with educational background of bachelor’s degree. Most of them
worked for private companies, earned an average monthly income between 30,000–
40,000 baht. They received the information from blog and spent 2,001–2,500 baht for
buying a bottle of perfume. Additionally, the factors affecting purchase decision of
brand name perfumes of consumers in Bangkok with statistically significant level at
.05 were brand consciousness, distinctiveness, social media and satisfaction. These
factors predicted the consumers’ purchase decision of brand name perfumes in
Bangkok at 65.5%. However, distinctiveness did not affect purchase decision of brand
name perfumes of consumers in Bangkok. |
