Abstract: | The purpose of this paper was to examine the independent factors positively affecting consumers’ loyalty of Haidilao Hot Pot in Chang Zhou City in China. Those independent factors were ambient, food quality, aesthetic requirement, service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, engagement, and commitment towards loyalty of Haidilao Hot Pot’s consumers in Chang Zhou City in China.
