บทคัดย่อ รายงานการศึกษาการค้นคว้าอิสระมุ่งน าเสนอโครงการแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ให้บริการกับ นักท่องเที่ยวในการจองโรงแรมที่พักในช่วงระยะเวลาสั้นๆภายใต้ชื่อโครงการ QUICKNAP APPLICATION การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดท าแผนธุรกิจเพื่อต้องการให้บริการด้านการจอง โรงแรมที่พักและการช าระเงินออนไลน์ผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่นที่ทันสมัยและมีความสะดวก รวดเร็วและ ปลอดภัยมากที่สุด ภายใต้โครงการธุรกิจด้านการสื่อสารสารสนเทศที่มุ่งสร้างผลก าไรที่ยั่งยืนบน หลักการของความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมขององค์กรพร้อมกับการสร้างพันธมิตรทาง เครือข่ายในธุรกิจด้านการท่องเที่ยว การให้บริการ และการโรงแรมทั่วประเทศและทั่วโลกใน ขณะเดียวกัน โดยที่วิธีการศึกษาในรายงานฉบับนี้จะเน้นการศึกษาข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจากงานวิจัยและ บทความทางวิชาการพร้อมกับการเข้าถึงกลุ่มลูกค้าที่นิยมใช้บริการแอพพลิเคชั่นในการจองโรงแรมที่ พักและตั๋วเครื่องบินพร้อมกับขอค าแนะน าทางข้อมูลด้านเทคนิคจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบ แอพพลิเคชั่น โดยที่โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นศึกษาการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายนอกและปัจจัยแวดล้อม ภายใน รวมทั้งแผนการตลาด แผนการจัดการองค์กรการบริการทรัพยากรบุคคล แผนการด าเนินงาน แผนการเงินด้วยการประมาณงบก าไรขาดทุนสามปีแรก รวมทั้งแผนฉุกเฉินและแผนการในอนาคต จากการศึกษาพบว่า โครงการธุรกิจ QUICKNAP APPLICATION ที่มุ่งเน้นให้บริการด้านการจอง โรงแรมและที่พักผ่านการดาวโหลดโดยที่ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายแรกเริ่มนั้น สามารถให้ผลการ ประกอบการที่น่าพอใจและเริ่มมีก าไรในเดือนที่4 เมื่อพิจารณาจากงบก าไรขาดทุนที่คาดการณ์ในช่วง 3 ปีแรกของการด าเนินกิจการพบว่า โครงการ QUICKNAP APPLICATION สามารถสร้างก าไรสุทธิ ต่อปีได้เป็นจ านวนเงิน 2,336,962 บาท ในปี 2562 3,097,383 บาท ในปีด าเนินการ พ.ศ. 2564 และสร้างผลก าไรสุทธิคาดการณ์เป็นจ านวน 4,933,181 บาท รายได้หลักของ QUICKNAP APPLICATION มาจากยอดการคลิกโฆษณาของลูกค้าและรายได้จากค่าคอมมิชชั่นที่บริษัทได้รับจาก โรงแรมและสถานบริการที่เป็นเครือข่ายทางพันธมิตรในลักษณะที่เป็นตัวกลางเชื่อมโยงระหว่างธุรกิจ ร้านค้าและผู้เผยแพร่โฆษณา

ABSTRACT

This Independent Study aims at studying the project of application, named QUICKNAP APPLICATION, helping tourists to reserve short stay hotels. This study targets at creating business plan to give service in reserving accommodations as well as proceeding in online payment through modern application with utmost convenience and safety. This study is under the project of IT business management with an aim for making sustainable profits based on corporate social responsibility. It also intends to build business alliances in tourism and hospitality industry worldwide. Methodology in this study mainly depends on secondary information obtained from academic works and research papers while approaching a group of clients who prefer to use application service in reserving hotels. The author also asked good advices from technical experts in designing and creating application. Meanwhile, it studies and analyzes external and internal factors, marketing plans, HR management plan, operation plan, and financial plan via anticipating income statement, and emergency plan and future plan in the first three years of business operation. Research findings revealed that the project of QUICKNAL APPLICATION providing services in booking short stay hotels through free download at first can gives satisfactory business results; it begins to make profits in the fourth month. Concerning income statement within three years as anticipated, it was found that QUICKNAP APPLICATION Project can yield anticipated net profits 2,336,962 baht in 2020, followed by 3,097,383 baht and 4,933,181 baht in the year 2021 and 2022 respectively. Regarding the main incomes of QUICKNAP APPLICATION, it comes from increasing rates of clicking online advertisement by the audiences and customers as well as from commissions the company receives from its hotels and entertainment venues as business alliances by acting as the medium connecting between businesses and advertisers.
