Abstract: งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์การสื่อสารดิจิทัลเพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกเชิงอนุรักษ์กับระบบนิเวศทางทะเล ผ่านแคมเปญ SeaYouTomorrow ของบริษัท สิงห์ เอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาเผยแพร่ให้เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ที่สนใจการทำแคมเปญสร้างความตระหนักในการอนุรักษ์ระบบนิเวศทางทะเลผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์รวมถึงศึกษากลยุทธ์การเลือกใช้สื่อออนไลน์ของแคมเปญนี้ โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In–Depth Interview) กับผู้บริหารและพนักงานของ บริษัท สิงห์ เอสเตท จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 5 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าปัจจัยการกำหนดกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารดิจิทัลและการเลือกใช้สื่อเพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกเชิงอนุรักษ์กับระบบนิเวศทางทะเล ผ่านแคมเปญ SeaYouTomorrow มีปัจจัยหลักๆ ดังนี้ 1) การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชัดเจน เลือกประเด็นที่เป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญและเกิดขึ้นจริง 2) เลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้ถูกกลุ่ม เนื่องจากแคมเปญนี้มีกระบวนการหาข้อมูลเชิงลึกของปัญหาเกิดขึ้นและการระบุกลุ่มเป้าหมายร่วมกับนักวิชาการสิ่งแวดล้อมทางทะเล 3) มีเนื้อหาและการโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ดีและสามารถดึงดูดความสนใจจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างดี 4) แคมเปญนี้เลือกช่วงเวลาในการทำแคมเปญได้เหมาะสมเพราะใช้วันทะเลโลก (World Oceans Day) ซึ่งเป็นวันที่กลุ่มเป้าหมายและสื่อต่าง ๆ ให้ความสนใจในเรื่องการอนุรักษ์ระบบนิเวศทางทะเล 5) มีกิจกรรมที่ให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้มีโอกาสเข้ามาเรียนรู้และแสดงออกถึงพฤติกรรมที่จะช่วยในการอนุรักษ์ระบบนิเวศทางทะเลอย่างยั่งยืน 6) การเข้าใจพฤติกรรมการเสพสื่อของกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เนื่องจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักคือกลุ่มคนเมืองที่เป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ กลุ่มคนพวกนี้มีพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย (Social Media) เป็นประจำ 7) มีการวางแผนใช้สื่อออนไลน์และเลือกช่วงเวลาทำแคมเปญได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 8) มีการใช้กลุ่มผู้มีอิทธิพลในโลกออนไลน์ (Influencer) ในหมวดหมู่ของการท่องเที่ยวและนักวิทยาศาสตร์ทางทะเลมาช่วยขยายผลการประชาสัมพันธ์แคมเปญ
The objective of this research was to study the digital communications strategy to create consciousness about marine ecosystem conservation through the SeaYouTomorrow campaign of Singha Estate Public Co., Ltd. The information from this campaign was dispersed for the benefit of those interested in the campaign to create consciousness about marine ecosystem conservation via online channels, as well as to study the strategy to use online media for this campaign through in-depth interviews of 5 executives and employees of Singha Estate Public Co., Ltd. The results of this study found that the factors for choosing digital communications strategy and factors for choosing media to create consciousness of marine ecosystem conservation through the SeaYouTomorrow campaign included the following: 1) Identifying clear objectives 2) Choosing the right target groups 3) Having creative content and public relations campaigns 4) The timing of this campaign was suitable as it was the World Oceans Day 5) Organizing activities for the target group to let learn about marine ecosystem conservation 6) Understanding the media consumption behavior 7) Planning online media and selecting the effective timing 8) Levering the power influencers to assist with expanding the public relations campaign.
