Abstract: การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของผู้คน ทัศนียภาพและภาพลักษณ์ของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว และประสบการณ์ของนักท่องเที่ยวที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจท่องเที่ยวซ้ำที่กรุงเทพมหานครของชาวจีน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่แปลจากภาษาไทยและแปลเป็นภาษาจีนในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนที่มีประสบการณ์เคยเดินทางไปท่องเที่ยวที่กรุงเทพมหานคร และมีความตั้งใจที่จะกลับมาท่องเที่ยวที่กรุงเทพมหานครซ้ำ จำนวน 220 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิง อายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นมีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 3,000 – 6,000 หยวน โดยส่วนใหญ่มีความถี่การเดินทางประจำปี เป็นปีละ 1 ครั้ง ส่วนลักษณะการท่องเที่ยวที่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนส่วนใหญ่ชื่นชอบมากที่สุด คือ แบบที่ไปเที่ยวกับเพื่อนสนิท รูปแบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวที่ส่วนใหญ่ชื่นชอบมากที่สุด คือแพคเกจที่จัดเตรียมด้วยตนเองไว้ล่วงหน้า และส่วนใหญ่เคยมาท่องเที่ยวในกรุงเทพมหานครเป็นจำนวน 2 ครั้ง นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจท่องเที่ยวซ้ำที่กรุงเทพมหานครของชาวจีน ได้แก่ ภาพลักษณ์ของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ทัศนียภาพสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ประสบการณ์ของนักท่องเที่ยว ด้านการหนีความจริง สุนทรีภาพ และความบันเทิง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในขณะที่ลักษณะของผู้คนไม่ส่งผลต่อการความตั้งใจท่องเที่ยวซ้ำในกรุงเทพมหานครของชาวจีน
This research was aimed primarily to study people characteristics, destination scenery, destination image, and tourist experience affecting intention to revisit Bangkok of Chinese People. Close-ended questionnaire was translated from Thai to Chinese to use for data collection. The samples consisted of 220 Chinese tourists who had experiences in visiting Bangkok and had intentions to visit Bangkok again. Inferential statistics used for hypothesis testing was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents were females between 21-30 years of age with educational backgrounds of bachelor’s degree. Most of them worked as private company employees and earned an average monthly income of 3,000 – 6,000 Yuan. The frequency of their annual travels was once per year. Chinese tourists’ most popular type of travel was traveling with friends and the most favorite traveling management was the pre-prepared packages by themselves. Most of the respondents have visited Bangkok for twice. In addition, the factors affecting intention to revisit Bangkok of Chinese people were the destination image, destination scenery, tourist experience in terms of entertainment, escapism, and esthetics with the significant level of .05 while the people characteristic did not affect intention to revisit Bangkok of Chinese people.
