ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในองค์กร ภาคเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยความคาดหวังในการปฏิบัติงาน ระดับความผูกพันและความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในองค์กรภาคเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล และเพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยความคาดหวังในการปฏิบัติงาน ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรกับความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในองค์กรภาคเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในองค์กรภาคเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) โดยการจับสลากจังหวัด จำนวน 4 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปทุมธานี นครปฐม และสมุทรปราการ ในการแจกแบบสอบถามจำนวน 400 คน การทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 40 คน ได้ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 0.952 สำหรับวิธีการทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงค่าความถี่, ค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย, ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 30-39 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส มีรายได้เท่ากับ 15,001 – 25,000 มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 10 ปีขึ้นไป และทำงานในองค์กรประเภทธุรกิจที่เป็นสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค ส่วนระดับแรงจูงใจ ปัจจัยความคาดหวังในการปฏิบัติงาน ระดับความผูกพันและความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรของพนักงานโดยรวมค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลจากการทดสอบสมมุติฐานพบว่า แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ปัจจัยความคาดหวังในการปฏิบัติงาน ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรมีความสัมพันธ์กับความจงรักภักดีต่อองค์กรของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในองค์กรภาคเอกชน ในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

The objective of this study is to study the factors of motivation level, expectation in job performance, and engagement and loyalty of Practitioner Level Employees and analyze the relationship between motivation level, expectation in job performance, engagement and loyalty of Practitioner Level Employees in Private Enterprise Organizations in Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The sample used in this study is Practitioner Level Employees in Private Enterprise Organizations in Bangkok Metropolitan Region using a Simple Random Sampling by random sampling in the field including 4 provinces which are Bangkok, Pathumthani, Nakornpathom and Samutprakarn. The 400 questionnaires are used in collecting data. Cronbach's Alpha method of content validity and reliability were tested with 40 samples with a confidence level of 0.952. Statistical methods include the distribution of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the multiple regression analysis. The results showed that most respondents were female, age between 30-39 years old, income from 15,001 to 25,000 with 10 years working experience and working in consumer goods business. Motivation level, expectation in job performance, and the level of engagement and loyalty to the organization of employees in general was at a high level. The results of the hypotheses testing showed that the motivation in job performance, expectation in job performance, and the level of engagement related to corporate loyalty of practitioner level employees in private enterprise organizations in Bangkok Metropolitan Region at the statistical significant level of 0.05.
