Abstract: การศึกษางานวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการแสดงตัวตนของเจเนอเรชั่นซี (Generation C) ว่ามีอัตลักษณ์ในการแสดงตัวตนในการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์เฟซบุ๊ก และพฤติกรรมการใช้เครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์เฟซบุ๊ก และมีการทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อมั่นด้วยวิธีของครอนบาคแอลฟากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 25 คน ความเชื่อมั่นอยู่ในระดับ 0.889 กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 400 คน นอกจากนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีอายุ 25 - 34 ปี (ร้อยละ 56.5) มีการใช้งานเฟซบุ๊กทุกวัน (ร้อยละ 94.5) และมีการใช้งานเฉลี่ยทั้งวัน 7 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป (ร้อยละ 29.5) ช่วงเวลาที่มีการใช้งานบ่อยที่สุด คือ 17.01 - 21.00 น. (ร้อยละ 38.3) และเหตุผลในการใช้งานมากที่สุดคือ เพื่อความสนุกหรือเพื่อผ่อนคลาย (ร้อยละ 56.5) ยังมีการแสดงตัวตนบนเฟซบุ๊กในส่วนของข้อมูลส่วนตัว การเขียนข้อความ การแสดงความคิดเห็น การแชร์ และการส่งรูป อยู่ในระดับมาก ผลจากการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ลักษณะประชากรศาสตร์ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อการแสดงตัวตนบนเฟซบุ๊กในส่วนของข้อมูลส่วนตัว การเขียนข้อความ การแสดงความคิดเห็น การแชร์ และการส่งรูปที่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
This quantitative research purposed to study the self-identification of the general C how they disclose their identification on Facebook social network and their behavior of using Facebook. For the validity and the reliability of the research, Cronbach's alpha method was applied with the sample group of 25 persons. The reliability is 0.889 and the total number of the sample group was 400 persons. Regarding the result, most of the sample group had the age of 25-34 years old (56.5%) use Facebook daily (94.5%), and the average usage per day was 7 hours (29.5%). The duration with the highest frequency is 17.01 – 21.00 (38.3%). The reason of usage mostly is for entertainment or relaxation (56.5%) Moreover, self-identification in terms of personal information disclosure, message post, sharing an opinion, share, and uploading pictures, is at the high level. According to the hypothesis testing, the difference of demographic characteristics affects self-identification in terms of personal information disclosure, message post, sharing an opinion, share, and uploading pictures differently with statistical significance at 0.05.
