Abstract: | การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ความผูกพันและความพึงพอใจในงาน และบรรยากาศในองค์กรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 200 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 20-29 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 25,001-35,000 บาท มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานน้อยกว่า 3 ปีและมีระยะเวลาการทำงานในองค์กรปัจจุบัน ส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานน้อยกว่า 5 ปี ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ความพึงพอใจในงาน และบรรยากาศในองค์กร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนความผูกพันในงานไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร This research was aimed primarily to study emotional intelligence, communication competency, job engagement and satisfaction, and organizational climate influencing job performance of private companies’ employees in Bangkok. Close-ended questionnaires were used for data collection from 200 private companies’ employees in Bangkok. Inferential statistics used for the hypothesis testing was multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that most of the respondents were females between 20-29 years of age with educational backgrounds of bachelor’s degree, earned an average monthly income of 25,001-35,000 baht. They had work experiences less than 3 years and they have worked for their current workplaces less than 5 years. In addition, the factors influencing job performance of private companies’ employees in Bangkok were the emotional intelligence, communication competency, job satisfaction, and organizational climate, accounting for 66.1 percent with the significant level of .05. The job engagement did not affect job performance of private companies’ employees in Bangkok. |
