การศึกษาพฤติกรรมในการรับชมและเลือกชมละครชุดโทรทัศน์ และปัจจัยความสำเร็จของละครชุดโทรทัศน์โดยกรณีศึกษาละครชุดโทรทัศน์ เรื่อง ชีวิตเพื่อชาติ รักนี้เพื่อเธอ (Descendants of the Sun)

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาพฤติกรรมในการรับชมและการเลือกรับชมละครชุดโทรทัศน์ของผู้ชม รวมถึงความพึงพอใจของผู้ชมต่อละครชุดโทรทัศน์ เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จของละครชุดโทรทัศน์และสามารถนำมาปรับใช้กับการบริหารจัดการและการผลิตละครชุดโทรทัศน์ เมื่อสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ชมก็จะสามารถประสบความสำเร็จในธุรกิจด้านการผลิตละครชุดโทรทัศน์ได้ งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณ ศึกษาด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหากรณีศึกษาละครชุดโทรทัศน์เรื่อง “ชีวิตนี้เพื่อชาติ รักนี้เพื่อเธอ” โดยใช้ทฤษฎีการละครเป็นกรอบในการวิเคราะห์และศึกษาข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์แบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มผู้ชมละครเพื่อทราบถึงพฤติกรรม ความพึงพอใจและความต้องการของผู้ชม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยแห่งความสำเร็จของละครชุดโทรทัศน์คือต้องมีความละเอียดปราณีตและใส่ใจกับผู้ชมและองค์ประกอบต่างๆ ตามทฤษฎีการละครอย่างเคร่งครัด มีการวิเคราะห์และทบทวนในทุกกระบวนการผลิต โดยปัจจัยที่ผู้ชมให้ความสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความสมเหตุสมผลและความสมจริงของเนื้อหา การแสดง ภาษา รวมถึงสิ่งที่ปรากฏแก่สายตาผู้ชม เช่น ฉาก อุปกรณ์ และการแต่งกาย เป็นต้น อีกทั้งผู้ชมยังต้องการเนื้อหาที่มีสารที่ชัดเจน มีโครงเรื่องและแก่นเรื่องที่ดี นอกจากนี้ผู้ชมยังต้องการให้ผู้ผลิตผลิตละครชุดโทรทัศน์ด้วยบทละครที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นมาใหม่หรือไม่เคยมีการจัดสร้างมาก่อนอีกด้วย โดยต้องการให้มีความละเอียดปราณีตและใส่ใจต่อเนื้อหาเป็นที่สุด ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้ละครชุดโทรทัศน์ประสบความสำเร็จ

This research had studied about behaviors of TV drama series audience: Viewing and Selection, include their satisfaction. The objective was realizing key Success factors of TV drama series and able to apply that factors for TV drama series management and production. Then, when the audience’s demand was responded, a TV drama series production business would be success as well. This research is both qualitative and quantitative research. By content analysis of TV Drama series case study: Descendants of the Sun, Dramatic theory was a framework to analyze the case. Questionnaire analysis from answers of audience who habitually watch TV drama was the second method. The questionnaire analysis found about audience’s behavior, satisfaction and the audience demand. Research findings, the key success factors of TV drama series need to pay attention to audience. All TV drama composition have to be strictly according to the dramatic theory. Analyzing and reviewing about the theory are needed in all production process. The important factors from audience are reasonableness and realism of content, acting, diction, and everything which appeared on their sight: scene, props, makeup and costume, etc. Audience demand a clear content and both interesting plot and theme. Moreover, audience demand an original creative content or a content that never produced before with refinement in the content. All above are important factors that make TV drama series successful.
