Abstract: การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสื่อสารแบบปากต่อปากอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยว ภาพลักษณ์สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว การแสวงหาความแปลกใหม่ และความเชื่อเชิงบรรทัดฐานส่วนตัวที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจท่องเที่ยวซ้้าในกรุงเทพมหานครของชาวจีน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่แปลจากภาษาไทยและแปลเป็นภาษาจีนในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนที่มีประสบการณ์เคยเดินทางไปท่องเที่ยวกรุงเทพมหานคร และมีความตั้งใจที่จะไปท่องเที่ยวซ้้ากรุงเทพมหานคร จ้านวน 340 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิง อายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี เป็นมีอาชีพเป็นข้าราชการ/พนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 6,001 – 9,000 หยวน โดยส่วนใหญ่มีความถี่การเดินทางประจ้าปี เป็นปีละ 2 ครั้ง ส่วนลักษณะการท่องเที่ยวที่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนที่ชอบมากที่สุด คือ แบบที่ไปเที่ยวกับครอบครัว รูปแบบการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวที่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนชื่นชอบมากที่สุด เป็นแพคเกจที่จัดเตรียมด้วยตนเองไว้ล่วงหน้า และส่วนใหญ่เคยมาท่องเที่ยวในกรุงเทพมหานครเป็นจ้านวน 3 ครั้ง นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจท่องเที่ยวซ้้าในกรุงเทพมหานครของชาวจีน ได้แก่ การสื่อสารแบบปากต่อปากอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประสบการณ์การท่องเที่ยว ความเชื่อเชิงและบรรทัดฐานส่วนตัว อย่างมีนัยส้าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ภาพลักษณ์สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว และส่วนการแสวงหาความแปลกใหม่ ไม่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจท่องเที่ยวซ้้าในกรุงเทพมหานครของชาวจีน
This research was aimed primarily to study electronic word of mouth (eWOM), tourist experience, destination image, novelty seeking, and personal normative beliefs affecting intention to revisit Bangkok of Chinese people. Close-ended questionnaire was translated from Thai to Chinese to use for data collection. The samples consisted of 340 Chinese tourists who had experiences in visiting Bangkok and had intentions to visit Bangkok again. Inferential statistics used for hypothesis testing was multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of respondents were females between 21-30 years of age with educational backgrounds of bachelor’s degree. Most of them worked as governmental or state-owned enterprise officers and earned an average monthly income of 6,001 – 9,000 Yuan. The frequency of their annual travels was three times per year. Chinese tourists’ most popular type of travel was traveling with family and the most favorite traveling management was the pre-prepared packages by themselves. Most of the respondents have visited Bangkok for three times. In addition, the factors affecting intention to revisit Bangkok of Chinese people were the eWOM, tourist experience, and personal normative beliefs with the significant level of .05. While the destination image and novelty seeking did not affect intention to revisit Bangkok of Chinese people.
