Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการเดินทางพักแรม ภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจและความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางท่องเที่ยวในประเทศ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ด้วยวิธีการสำรวจ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaires) และเลือกตัวอย่างแบบสโนว์บอลหรือแบบลูกโซ่ (Snow Ball or Chain Sampling) จากนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) การวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลเชิงสาเหตุ (Path Analysis) ที่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อคุณภาพการเดินทางพักแรมในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านการบริการ มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านสิ่งดึงดูดใจ มีความพึงพอใจในการท่องเที่ยวในระดับมากที่สุด โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ เรื่องท่านมีความสุขในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในครั้งนี้ และมีความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรมในอนาคตในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบอกต่อ เรื่องท่านจะแนะนำให้คนรู้จักมาท่องเที่ยวที่นี่ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า คุณภาพการเดินทางพักแรมมีอิทธิพลในเชิงบวกต่อความความพึงพอใจ = .55 ภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวมีอิทธิพลในเชิงบวกต่อความความพึงพอใจ = .57 และความความพึงพอใจมีอิทธพลในเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรม = .31 คำสำคัญ: คุณภาพการเดินทางพักแรม, ภาพลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว, ความพึงพอใจ, ความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรม
The objective of this research was to study trip quality, destination image towards satisfaction and behavioral intention of Thai tourists to travel in Thailand. This study applied the quantitative research. The structured questionnaire was used to collect data. Non-probability snow ball or chain sampling was applied to select sample group of 400 Thai tourists. Descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used. Confirmatory factor analysis: CFA and path analysis with statistical significance of .05 was utilized to test the hypotheses. Findings indicated that the sample group had an opinion level to trip quality at high level. The mean score of service part was the highest. The sample group had an opinion level to destination image at high level. The mean score of attraction part was the highest. The sample group had an opinion lever to satisfaction at the highest level. The mean score of you are happy for traveling in this time was the highest. And the behavioral intention was at high level. The mean score of word of mouth was the highest. Results of hypothesis testing shows that trip quality has a positive influence on satisfaction = .55. Destination image has a positive influence on satisfaction = .57. And satisfaction has a positive influence on behavioral intention = .31.
