Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการสื่อสารปากต่อปากผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต และทัศนคติ ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการร้านอาหารระดับหรู ของกลุ่มคนวัยทำงาน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ กลุ่มวัยทำงาน ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 20 ปีขึ้นไป และเคยใช้บริการร้านอาหารระดับหรู ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ซึ่งมีจำนวน 395 คน มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และส่วนใหญ่มีรายได้เฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 15,001 – 30,000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่นิยมใช้บริการร้านอาหารระดับหรูเนื่องในโอกาสพิเศษต่างๆ โดยใช้บริการร้านอาหารระดับหรูสไตล์ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น บุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลในการเลือกเข้าใช้บริการร้านอาหารระดับหรู คือ เพื่อน หรือคนรู้จัก ซึ่งความถี่ในการรับประทานอาหารระดับหรูเฉลี่ย 1 ครั้งต่อเดือน ค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับประทานอาหารระดับหรู 1,501 – 2,500 บาทต่อครั้งโดยประมาณ นิยมเลือกรับประทานอาหารระดับหรู ช่วงเวลา 18.01 – 21.00 น. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า การสื่อสารปากต่อปากผ่านช่องทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต และทัศนคติ ส่งผลต่อการใช้บริการร้านอาหารระดับหรู ของกลุ่มคนวัยทำงาน ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
The purpose of this independent study is to study the impacts of e-word of Mouth, lifestyle pattern and attitudes on the decision to visit fine dining restaurant services of a working people age in Bangkok area. The sample size of 400 customers who were over 22 years old and who have been to fine dining restaurant were collected, selected by the purposive sampling methods. The data are collected using open-end questionnaires. The statistical techniques used for this study include frequency, standard deviation, percentage, average and as for inferential statistics used for hypothesis testing include multiple regression analysis. The research found that most of the respondents are females aged around 31-40 years old. Most of them obtained bachelor’s degree, and work in private companies, with a monthly income between 15,001-30,000 baht. Most of the respondents visit fine dining restaurants services on special occasions, and Japanese restaurant is preferable. The people influence the decision making of a fine dining restaurant are friends or acquaintances. The frequency to visit fine dining is once a month, with the average spending of 1,501 – 2,500 bath per person. Most respondents visit fine dining restaurant during 18.01 – 21.00 hours. As for the hypothesis testing, was found that E-Word of Mouth, lifestyle pattern and attitudes affect the decision to visit fine dining restaurant for working people in Bangkok area with significant level of 0.05.
