Abstract: การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติและการตลาดผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Media Marketing) ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าประเภท Personalized Products ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือผู้ใช้สังคมออนไลน์ Facebook, Line, Instagram ที่มีความสนใจจะซื้อสินค้าแบบเฉพาะบุคคล (Personalized Product) ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ จำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวมรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 20 – 30 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพ เป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,000 – 30,000 บาท ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ชอบซื้อสินค้าแบบเฉพาะบุคคล (Personalized Product) ประเภทเสื้อผ้า ซื้อสินค้าเดือนละครั้ง ซื้อสินค้าราคา 500 – 1,000 บาท เหตุผลในการเลือกซื้อสินค้าผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์เพราะสะดวก ซื้อสินค้าไม่มีช่วงเวลาที่แน่นอน และชำระเงินแบบ Online Banking ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ทัศนคติและการตลาดผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (Social Media Marketing) ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย การตลาดผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ด้านการสื่อสารแบบปากต่อปากผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ด้านชุมชนออนไลน์ และด้านการโฆษณาออนไลน์ มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าแบบเฉพาะบุคคล (Personalized Product) ผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
The purpose of this study was to analyze the attitude on the social media marketing that effect the decision making process when purchasing the personalized products through online channel. The samples in the study were social media users from Facebook, Line and Instagram who interested in purchasing personalized products. The sample size of 400 respondents were selected using convenience sampling methods. The data was collected using questionnaires. The data was statistically analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The respondents in this study are mostly females aged 20 – 30 years old with bachelor’s degree and work as corporate employees with monthly salary of 15,001 – 30,000 baht. The respondents in this study prefer to purchase the personalized products under clothing category, with spending ranging from 500 – 1,000 baht per month and mostly purchase the products once a month. The respondents in this study prefer to purchase the personalized products through online channel because of convenience and the period of time to make a purchase is indefinite. The respondents in this study use online banking when making a payment. As for the hypothesis testing, the study found that the attitude and social media marketing affect of the decision to purchase personalized products via online channel at significant level of 0.05.
