Multiple Linear
The objectives of this study “Factors affecting the Performance Effectiveness
of Employees in 5-Star Hotels” were 1) to study the performance effectiveness of
Thai 5-star hotel employees with different personal attributes; 2) to explore the

Questionnaires were used to collect data from the sample of 250 hotels employees in Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Departments of 5-star hotels in Bangkok
Metropolitan Area. Data were analyzed employing Independent T-Test, One Way
ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The majority of the
respondents were female aged between 21-30 with a Bachelor’s Degree. Most of them had 1-3 years working experience at current hotels with salary ranging from
20,001-30,000 Baht. The findings showed that employee’s performance effectiveness
