Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังและปัจจัยสนับสนุน ที่ส่งผลต่อ การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อปฏิบัติงาน ของ บุคลากร การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและมีระดับ ความเชื่อมั่นโดยรวมเท่ากับ .865 ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบุคลากร ที่ทำงานการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 400 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บุคลากรผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี รายได้ส่วนตัวเฉลี่ยต่อเดือน อยู่ในระดับ 10, 000-20,000 บาท และมีระยะเวลาในการทำงานโดยประมาณ 2-5 ปี สำหรับพฤติกรรมการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ 2-3 ปี เคยเข้าอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 1-2 ครั้ง การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ทำให้ งานเสร็จเร็วขึ้นและคุณภาพดีขึ้นและเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นค่อนข้างมากกับงานที่ทำและจะยังคงใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศต่อไป ความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ส่วนใหญ่ค่อนข้างดี และผลความคิดเห็นของผู้ใช้งานเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการปฏิบัติงานในเรื่องของการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ความคาดหวังด้านความยากง่ายในการใช้งาน ความคาดหวังด้านประโยชน์ในการใช้งาน ปัจจัยสนับสนุนทางสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์กร อยู่ในระดับมาก และจากผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ความคาดหวังและปัจจัยสนับสนุนที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการปฏิบัติงาน ของบุคลากรการไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ 1) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนทางสภาพแวดล้อมภายในองค์กร 2) ความคาดหวังด้านประโยชน์ในการใช้งาน และ 3) ความคาดหวังด้านความยากง่ายในการใช้งาน
The questionnaire was tested for content validity and reliability of .865 was used to collect data from personnel. 400 employees of the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and analyzed data. Using multiple regression analysis. The study indicated that Most of the respondents were female, aged between 21-30 years old. The monthly average personal income is in the range of Baht 10,000-20,000 and the duration of work is about 2-5 years. Most of them have had 2-3 years of computer experience. They used to study about using information technology 1-2 times. The work is done faster, the quality is improved and is quite necessary for the job and will continue to use the information technology. The ability to use information technology mostly good and the results of the users of information technology in their work on the acceptance of information technology in the work is on the highest level. Expectations on the difficulty of use were support factors in the environment within the organization. Very high From the results of the hypothesis testing, it was found that the expectations and supporting factors that affected the acceptance of information technology in the workplace of personnel in the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand by statistically significant at 0.5 1) environmental support in the organization 2) expected benefits and 3) expectations for ease of use.
