การศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเอง ภาพลักษณ์องค์กร และการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในโรงเรียนพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและภาษาอาจารย์อุ้ม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเอง (Self-Concept) ภาพลักษณ์ของสถาบันหรือองค์กร (Institutional Image) และการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง (Subjective Norm) มีอิทธิพลต่อตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในโรงเรียนพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและภาษา อาจารย์อุ้ม (PERFECT ANGEL’S BY AJARN AUM)โดยเก็บข้อมูลตัวอย่าง 40 คน ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีความเที่ยงตรงของแบบสอบถาม ด้วยวิธีการขอความคิดเห็นจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.831 สถิติที่นำมาใช้ในงานวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาณได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 เพื่อใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 20-25 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่ 10,001 – 30,000 บาท จากการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) พบว่า ตัวแปรต้นสามารถพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในโรงเรียนพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและภาษา อาจารย์อุ้ม (PERFECT ANGEL’S BY AJARN AUM) และชี้ให้เห็นว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกับการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในในโรงเรียนพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและภาษา อาจารย์อุ้ม (PERFECT ANGEL’S BY AJARN AUM) อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ได้แก่ ภาพลักษณ์ของสถาบันหรือองค์กร (Sig. = .000) และด้านการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง (Sig. = .005) ในขณะที่ปัจจัยที่ไม่ส่งผลต่อ กับการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนในในโรงเรียนพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพและภาษา อาจารย์อุ้ม (PERFECT ANGEL’S BY AJARN AUM) ได้แก่ ความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเอง (Sig. = .210)

The objectives of this research aim to study the needs of self-development, the image of the institution or organization and Subjective Normalization influenced decision-making in PERFECT ANGEL'S BY AJARN AUM. The sample was collected by using a questionnaire with the accuracy of the questionnaire. The reliability of the data was 0.831. Descriptive statistics were mean, percentage and standard deviation. The inferential statistics are used multiple regression analysis by setting a statistically significant level at 0.05 to use in hypothesis testing. The results showed that most respondents were female between 20-25 years old. Occupation From the analysis of multiple regression analysis, it was found that the variables predicted the decision to study in Ajarn Aum's Language and Personal Development School (PERFECT ANGEL'S BY AJARN AUM) and the average income per month from 10,001 to 30,000 baht. It was found that the factors influencing the decision to study in Ajarn Aum's Language and Personal Development School (PERFECT ANGEL'S BY AJARN AUM) at the statistical significance level of 0.05. In the image of the institution or organization (Sig. = .000) and the subjective norm (Sig. = .005) as factors that no influent to making the decision to study at Ajarn Aum's Language and Personal Development School (PERFECT ANGEL'S BY AJARN AUM) is self-development (Sig. = .210)
