Abstract: | การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพความสัมพันธ์ รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต และแรงจูงใจที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากพนักงานที่ทำงานในบริษัทเอกชนและพักอาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 335 คน สถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยเชิงพหุ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 20-29 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,000–25,000 บาท มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานน้อยกว่า 3 ปี และมีระยะเวลาการทำงานในองค์กรปัจจุบันน้อยกว่า 5 ปี ส่วนผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจด้านความมั่นคงในการทำงานส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร มากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.9 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 This research was aimed to study the relationship quality, lifestyle, and motivation affecting the involvement in work’s quality development of private companies’ employees in Bangkok. Closed–ended survey questionnaires passing the validity and reliability test were implemented to collect data from 335 private companies’ employees in Bangkok. Inferential statistics for hypothesis testing was multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that the majority of participants were females with 20–29 years of age. They completed bachelors’ degrees and earned average monthly incomes between 15,000–25,000 baht. They had work experiences less than 3 years. They have worked for their current workplaces less than 5 years. The hypothesis testing showed that the motivation in terms of job security had the strongest weight of relative contribution toward the involvement in work’s quality development of private companies’ employees in Bangkok, followed by the motivation in terms of job success. These factors explained the effects on the involvement in work’s quality development of private companies’ employees in Bangkok for 47.9 percent at the statistical significance of .05. |
