Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาอิทธิพลของสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเดินทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในกรุงเทพมหานคร และศึกษาการรับรู้ข้อมูลจากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์กับการเลือกแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในกรุงเทพมหานครเพศชายและหญิง มีอายุตั้งแต่ 25 ถึง 50 ปี จำนวน 223 คน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ และการทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ ANCOVA ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศชายและหญิงในจำนวนที่ใกล้เคียงกัน ส่วนใหญ่อายุ 26 – 30 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 35,001 บาทขึ้นไป มีจำนวนการท่องเที่ยวทุก ๆ 6 เดือนต่อ 1 ปี ในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม มีความถี่ในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์น้อยกว่า 1 ครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ มีปริมาณที่ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์มากที่สุดอยู่ที่ช่วงเวลา 18.01 – 21.00 น. มีระยะเวลาเข้าใช้บริการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ต่อการสืบค้นหนึ่งครั้งต่ำกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง ผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ส่วนใหญ่คือเพื่อน และสถานที่ที่ใช้บริการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์คือบ้าน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า 1) ตัวแปรร่วมซึ่งได้แก่ การเลือกเปิดรับสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ การเลือกให้ความสนใจสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ การเลือกตีความข้อมูลที่ได้จากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และการเลือกจดจำข้อมูลที่ได้จากสื่อสังคมออนไลน์นั้นเป็นตัวแปรร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนความถี่ในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ปริมาณที่ใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และ ระยะเวลาเข้าใช้บริการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ เป็นตัวแปรร่วมที่ไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เมื่อควบคุมตัวแปรร่วมแล้วการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และสถานที่ที่ใช้บริการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ที่แตกต่างกัน ไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) มีอันตรกริยาระหว่างการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจในการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ และสถานที่ที่ใช้บริการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์กับการตัดสินใจเดินทางท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยในกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
This research aimed to study the perception of the online information and social media behavior for Thai tourist’s decision in selection of travelling in the cultural attractions in Bangkok. The purpose of this research was to study social media behavior for Thai tourist’s decision in selection of travelling in the cultural attractions in Bangkok and to study the perception of the online information for Thai tourist’s decision in selection of travelling in the cultural attractions in Bangkok. The sample was 223 Thai tourists in Bangkok who were between 25 to 50 years old. The questionnaire was used to collect data which were then analyzed by using frequency distribution and Analysis of Covariance: ANCOVA. It was found that the respondents were male and female, aged between 26-30 years old, having a Bachelor’s degree, private company employees, having an income over 35,001 baht per month, travelled every 6 months per year, and used social network less than one time per week. Frequency of social media usage is less than 1 time per week. The most period of using social media is between 18.01 and 21.00 p.m. The accessed times of using social media is less than 1 hour per a search. The influenced person who helps making decision of using social media is friend. The place where the respondents used social media is home. The results of hypothesis testing showed that. 1) Common variable; selective exposure of social media, selective attention of social media, selective perception and interpretation of social media, and selective retention of social media, had a statistically significant influence on the selection of cultural tourism at 0.05 levels. On the other hand, the frequency of using social media, the amount of using social media, and the accessed times of using social media did not have a statistically significant influence on the selection of cultural tourism of Thai tourists in Bangkok. 2) When the common variable was controlled. The differences of the participation in making decisions about using social media and the place where using social media did not have a statistically significant influence on the selection of cultural tourism of Thai tourists in Bangkok at 0.05 levels. 3) There is an interaction between the participation in making decisions about using social media and the place where using social media for Thai Tourist’s Decision in Selection of Travelling in the Cultural Attractions in Bangkok at 0.05 statistically significant levels.
