การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำ การติดต่อสื่อสาร กระบวนการในการทำงาน ที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 2 ) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของการติดต่อสื่อสารที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและ 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของกระบวนการในการทำงาน ที่มีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการรวบรวมเก็บข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยได้คำนวณขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติ โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่าย (Simple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า อิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อิทธิพลของการติดต่อสื่อสารมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และอิทธิพลของกระบวนการในการทำงานมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการของธนาคารพาณิชย์ไทย ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The Objectives of this study were to study: 1) the impact of leadership styles on the quality of work life of operational employees in a Thai Commercial Bank in Bangkok Metropolitan areas, 2) the impact of communication on the quality of work life of operational employees in a Thai Commercial Bank in Bangkok Metropolitan areas, and 3) the impact of work process on the quality of work life of operational employees in a Thai Commercial Bank in Bangkok Metropolitan areas. The researcher has collected the data by using the questionnaire, which distributed to the sample of 400 operational employees in a Thai Commercial Bank in Bangkok Metropolitan areas. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the simple regression analysis. It was found that the there was the impact of leadership styles on the quality of work life of operational employees in a Thai Commercial Bank in Bangkok Metropolitan areas, there was the impact of communication on the quality of work life of operational employees in a Thai Commercial Bank in Bangkok Metropolitan areas, and there was the impact of work process on the quality of work life of operational employees in a Thai Commercial Bank in Bangkok Metropolitan areas with the statistical significance of 0.05
