Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ความผูกพันต่อองค์การ และคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่มีผลต่อการธำรงรักษาพนักงานโรงแรม ใช้แบบสอบถามในการวิจัย มีกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 436 คน ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 21-30 ปี การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอยู่ที่ 1-3 ปี ส่วนใหญ่มีตำแหน่งงานระดับทั่วไป และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ 15,001-20,000 บาท ใช้สถิติ T-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, Multiple Linear Regression ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า 1) พนักงานที่มีตำแหน่งงานและรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการธำรงรักษพนักงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.05) 2) ความผูกพันต่อองค์การและคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับการธำรงรักษาพนักงานโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.05) 3) ความผูกพันต่อองค์การมีอิทธิพลต่อการธำรงรักษาพนักงานโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.05) และ 4) คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานมีอิทธิพลต่อการธำรงรักษาพนักงานโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< 0.05) This study aimed to explore the effects of personal factors, organizational commitment, and quality of work life on employee retention. Questionnaire was collected from 436 five-star hotel staffs in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The data showed that the majority of respondents were female aged between 21 and 30
with Bachelor’s Degree. They mostly had a work experience from 1-3 years in an entry level job with the salary from 15,000-20,000 Baht. In addition, T-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Linear Regression were used to test hypothesis. The findings were as follows: 1) Different level of jobs and incomes exhibited a significant difference in opinion on employee retention (p< 0.05); 2) Organizational commitment and quality of work life were significantly and positively linked to employee retention (p< 0.05); 3) Organizational commitment had a statistically significant influence on employee retention (p< 0.05); and 4) Quality of work life had a statistically significant influence on employee retention (p< 0.05). |
