Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างปัจจัยคุณสมบัติส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการและความภักดีต่อตราสินค้าของโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลใน เขตราชเทวี (2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลปัจจัยคุณภาพในด้านบริการได้แก่ ด้านการเอาใจใส่ ด้านการตอบสนอง ด้านความเชื่อถือและไว้วางใจที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการและความภักดีต่อตราสินค้าของโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลในเขตราชเทวี (3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลปัจจัยความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการแพทย์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการและความภักดีต่อตราสินค้าของโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลใน เขตราชเทวี (4) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อม ได้แก่ ด้านสิ่งที่สัมผัสได้ ด้านจิตใจ ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการและความภักดีต่อตราสินค้าของโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลใน เขตราชเทวี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย เพื่อนำไปเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลในเขต ราชเทวี จำนวน 400 คน โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการรายงานผล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการ เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ที (T-test) กรณีการเปรียบเทียบของกลุ่มสองกลุ่มที่อิสระต่อกันและการ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA ) หรือ F-test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจะ ทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเซฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา พบว่าปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา อายุ สถานภาพ อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลใน เขต ราชเทวี ที่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอิทธิพลของปัจจัยคุณภาพในด้านบริการ ด้านการเอาใจใส่ ด้านการตอบสนอง และด้านความเชื่อถือและไว้วางใจที่มีผลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล อิทธิพลของปัจจัยความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการแพทย์ ที่ผลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล อิทธิพลของสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านสิ่งที่สัมผัสได้และด้านจิตใจที่ผลต่อการเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
