ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กร ของพนักงานเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 2) เพื่อศึกษา ความแตกต่างของพฤติกรรมการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยองค์ประกอบในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กรที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กรของพนักงานเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือและทดสอบความตรงของเนื้อหา และความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยวิธีของครอนบาร์คกับพนักงานเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 30 คน ได้ความเชื่อมั่น 0.935 โดยแจกกับพนักงานเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 400 คน ส่วนวิธีการทางสถิติแบ่งเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน และสถิติหาความสัมพันธ์แบบถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กรของพนักงานเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ส่วนปัจจัยพฤติกรรมการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กรด้านระยะเวลาโดยเฉลี่ยในการใช้แต่ละครั้ง จำนวนครั้งโดยเฉลี่ยของการใช้งานแต่ละวัน และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้มากที่สุดส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กรของพนักงานเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และปัจจัยด้านประโยชน์ในการใช้งาน ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น LINE ภายในองค์กรของพนักงานเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this study were: 1) to examine differences of personal factors 2) to examine the differences of “LINE” Application usage behavior factors in the organization, and 3) to examine the influence of components of the “LINE” application factors in the organization affecting decision making on “LINE” application usage of private operating employees in Bangkok. The online questionnaire was used as a tool and the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient was applied for accuracy and reliability test 30 private operating employees in Bangkok. The value of reliability test is 0.935 and then it was distributed to 400 private operating employees in Bangkok to fill out. The implemented statistical methods were the descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean and standard deviation; and the inferential statistics with the multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that personal factors: the education level and the average monthly income factors affected decision making on “LINE” application usage of private operating employees in Bangkok. For the LINE” Application usage behavior factors in the organization in the average length of time usage of each time factor, the average number of times per day usage factor and the most equipment used affected decision making on “LINE” application usage of private operating employees in Bangkok. Moreover, the influence of the information technology factor and the usage benefits factor affected decision making on “LINE” application usage of private operating employees in Bangkok with the statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
