Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสื่อสารการตลาดแบบบูรณาการและคุณค่าตราสินค้ามีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อข้าวสารบรรจุถุงของผู้บริโภคในจังหวัดนนทบุรี ซึ่งการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้ศึกษาได้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก (Convenience Sampling) จำนวน 400 ชุด และได้นำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิงที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมสุติฐานที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 คือการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบเชิงพหุ และสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31- 40 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001-30,000 บาท ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีสถานภาพสมรส พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจซื้อข้าวสารบรรจุถุง พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เลือกซื้อข้าวหอมมะลิมากที่สุด ความถี่ในการเลือกซื้อข้าวสารเดือนละ1ครั้ง ปริมาณในการซื้อจำนวน 5 กิโลกรัม สาเหตุเลือกซื้อทดแทนข้าวเก่าที่หมดไป ตราสินค้าที่เลือกซื้อหงส์ทอง ประเด็นสำคัญในการเลือกซื้อข้าวสะอาดไม่มีสารปนเปื้อน และสถานที่ในการเลือกซื้อซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตในห้างสรรพสินค้า ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่าการสื่อสารทางการตลาดแบบบูรณาการ มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อข้าวสารบรรจุถุง ในด้านการสื่อสารแบบปากต่อปากมีผลสูงสุด รองลงมาการตลาดเชิงกิจกรรม การส่งเสริมการขายและการโฆษณา ตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สำหรับคุณค่าตราสินค้าที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อข้าวสารบรรจุถุงนั้น พบว่า ในด้านการรับรู้ถึงคุณภาพ มีผลสูงสุด รองลงมา ด้านการตระหนักรู้ในตราสินค้า และสุดท้ายด้านความเชื่อมโยงตราสินค้า ตามลำดับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objective of this research is to study “Effects of Integrated Marketing Communications and Brand Equity on Purchase Decision of the consumer packaged rice in Nonthaburi Province” The data gathering process for this study uses questionnaires collected from people who live in Nonthaburi by convenience sampling with the sample of 400 respondents. The statistical analysis used for this study includes descriptive statistics–percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with significance level at 0.05. The study found that respondents are mostly female aged between 31 – 40 years old, had completed their bachelor’s degrees, earn monthly salary of 15,001 – 30,000 Baht, work as private company officers and married. Most people who bought packaged rice chose jasmine rice, and often buy 5 kg once a month when needed. The brand that most people buy is Hong Thong, because it has no contaminants. They often buy in the supermarket and shopping malls. The results of the hypothesis testing found that integrated marketing communications impact the purchase of rice package, especially word of mouth followed by events and experiences, sales promotion and advertising with a statistical significance level at 0.05. Brand equity that impacts the purchase of packaged rice is mainly perceived quality, followed by brand awareness and brand associations, with a statistical significance level at 0.05.
