คุณภาพของเว็บไซต์และการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการสมัครงานออนไลน์ (E-job) ของผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพของเว็บไซต์และการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีที่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการสมัครงานออนไลน์ (E-job) ของผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้บริการที่เคยสมัครงานผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ (E-job) และอาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 200 ราย และสถิติเชิงอนุมานที่ใช้ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 20-25 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001-25,000 บาท เว็บไซต์รับสมัครงานออนไลน์ที่เคยใช้บริการ คือ JobsDB ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า การยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการสมัครงานออนไลน์ (E-job) ของผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ การยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ด้านการรับรู้ถึงความง่ายในการใช้งาน คุณภาพของเว็บไซต์ ด้านสารสนเทศ และด้านความน่าดึงดูดใจ ตามลำดับ โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการสมัครงานออนไลน์ (E-job) ของผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครได้ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.9 ในขณะที่คุณภาพของเว็บไซต์ ด้านระบบและด้านบริการไม่มีผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการสมัครงานออนไลน์ (E-job) ของผู้ใช้บริการในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

The purpose of this study was to identify the website quality and technology acceptance affecting the satisfaction of users in Bangkok towards e-job applications. Closed-ended survey questionnaires were reviewed the validity of content, tested for reliability, and implemented to collect data from 200 users who used to apply jobs electronically and lived in Bangkok. Additionally, data were statistically analyzed by using multiple regressions. The results indicated that the majority of participants were female with 20-25 years of age. They completed bachelor’s degrees, worked in private companies, and earned average monthly incomes between 15,001 – 25,000 baht. Most of them used to apply jobs via JobsDB website. The results of hypothesis testing revealed that the technology acceptance in terms of perceived usefulness had the strongest influence on the satisfaction toward e-job applications of users in Bangkok, follow in order by the technology acceptance in terms of perceived ease of use and the website quality in terms of information quality and attractiveness. These factors explained 69.9% of the influence toward the satisfaction toward e-job applications of users in Bangkok. However, the website quality in terms of the quality of systems and services did not affect the satisfaction toward e-job applications of users in Bangkok.
