Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษางานวิจัยนี้ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน (2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน และ(3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความผูกพันต่อองค์ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยเพื่อนำไปเก็บข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นพนักงานปฏิบัติการบริษัทเอกชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน โดยสถิติที่ใช้ในการรายงานผล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยที ( t-test) กรณีการเปรียบเทียบของกลุ่มสองกลุ่มที่อิสระต่อกันและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA ) หรือ F-test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจะทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเซฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบง่าย (Simple Regression Analysis) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ย และอายุงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนปัจจัยด้านลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำมีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน และปัจจัยด้านความผูกพันมีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้สึก ด้านความต่อเนื่อง และด้านบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 The objectives of this research were to: (1) compare differences among
demographic characteristics affecting the quality of work life in the workplace: A case
study of employees in Bangkok Metropolitan Area (2) study the impact of leadership
traits affecting the quality of work life in the workplace: A case study of employees
in Bangkok Metropolitan Area; and (3) study the impact of organizational
commitment affecting the quality of work life in the workplace: A case study of
employees in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The questionnaire set was used as an
instrument to collect the data from 400 employees in Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
The statistics, which was used to report the data, was the descriptive
statistics: frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations, and the
inferential statistics: independent sample t-tests, One-Way ANOVA and F-Test with
Scheffe’s mean comparisons as well as simple regression and multiple regression
analyses were also used in this study. It was found that no differences of
demographic characteristics: gender, marital status, education level, income and
employment length affected the quality of work life in the workplace: A case study
of employees in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. However, the impact of leadership traits
affected the quality of work life in the workplace: A case study of employees in
Bangkok Metropolitan Area, and the impact of organizational commitment:
sensational factor, involvement factor and social norm factor affected the quality of
work life in the workplace: A case study of employees in Bangkok Metropolitan Area
at .05 significance level. |
