Abstract: การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาด ปัจจัยด้านคุณค่าตราสินค้า และปัจจัยด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อเครื่องครัวทันสมัยของประชากรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามาจากประชากรผู้ซื้อเครื่องครัวทันสมัยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบสะดวก จำนวน 400 คน ซึ่งแบ่งตัวอย่างเป็น 4 กลุ่มจำแนกตามรายชื่อเขต เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อถือได้เท่ากับ 0.886 และมีการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่าย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 31-40ี สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี อาชีพพนักงานเอกชน ระดับรายได้ คือ 10,001 - 30,000 บาท ซื้อสินค้าที่ห้างสรรพสินค้าบ่อยที่สุด ยี่ห้อสินค้าที่นิยมใช้มากที่สุด คือ ฟิลิปส์ ความถี่ในการซื้อเครื่องครัวเข้าบ้านนานกว่า1ปี/ครั้ง ซึ่งผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ปัจจัยด้านคุณค่าตราสินค้าและปัจจัยด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านส่วนประสมทางการตลาด ปัจจัยด้านคุณค่าตราสินค้า และปัจจัยด้านการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อเครื่องครัวทันสมัยของประชากรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
This case study’s research aims at explaining which factors are influencing the decision-making process of buying a modern kitchen among Bangkok inhabitants. For the research, a sample size of 400 people were questioned. The independent variables were attitude, service quality, brand equity, and marketing mix. The dependent variable was consumer purchasing decisions of modern kitchen. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentages, mean, and multiple regression analysis. The majority of respondents in this research were female (208 in total, 52%) with an age range between 31 – 40 years. They are marriage, have a bachelor degree and are working for private companies with an average income of 15,001 to 30,000 THB/month. Factor of attitude, quality of service, brand equity, marketing mix have a high relevance for the decision-making of Bangkok inhabitants. The hypothesis testing confirmed that factors of attitude, quality of service, and the marketing mix have a high influence on the purchase decision of consumers with a statistical significant level of 0.05. Nevertheless, the study also showed that the brand equity plays a minor relevance for the purchase of an insurance thus disproving the hypothesis.
