อิทธิพลของรูปแบบผู้นำและการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการ

Abstract

การศึกษาเรื่องอิทธิพลของรูปแบบผู้นำและการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความแตกต่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการในเขตพื้นที่สาทรและสีลม (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะของผู้นำในภาพรวมกับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการในเขตพื้นที่สาทรและสีลม และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการพัฒนาบุคลากรในภาพรวมกับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการในเขตพื้นที่สาทรและสีลม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ เขตสาทรและเขตสีลม, กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ (spss for windows) ในการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐานในส่วนของสถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (inferential statistics) ใช้การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson Correlation) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการในเขตพื้นที่สาทรและสีลมที่มีเพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา อายุการทำงานแตกต่างกันมีผลต่อประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน (2) ลักษณะของผู้นำในภาพรวมกับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการในเขตพื้นที่สาทรและสีลมมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (3) การพัฒนาบุคลากรในภาพรวมกับประสิทธิผลการปฏิบัติงานในภาพรวมของพนักงานในระดับปฏิบัติการในเขตพื้นที่สาทรและสีลมมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

The studies of the leadership style and human resource development that relate to effectiveness of the staff at the operational level have an objective for (1) study the differences factor of personality of staff at the operational level in Sathorn and Silom area (2) study the differences between leadership style in overview and effectiveness of staff at the operational level in Sathorn and Silom area (3) study the leadership between human resource development in overall and the operational effectiveness in overall level in Sathorn and Silom area. The example group that use in this research is Operation workers in Sathorn and Silom area, Bangkok, for 400 samples. The equipment that we use to collect all the data is questionnaires. Data analysis use statistical software (spss for window) to analysis the basic statistics data in parts of descriptive statistics for example mean, standard deviation and inferential statistics use to test the amount of T and the amount of F and Pearson correlation. The study found that (1) staff at the operational level in Sathorn and Silom area that have gender , age , marriage status , education the difference work experience have the affect to operate the work in overall difference (2) The leader style in overall and effectiveness of staff at the operational level in Sathorn and Silom area have The relationship in the same direction in the medium that important statistic at the level .01 (3) The human resource development and the effectiveness of the overall operation and the operational effectiveness in overall level in Sathorn and Silom area correlated in the same direction in medium level that important statistic at the level .01.
