Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณค่าของตราสินค้า การรับรู้คุณภาพในการให้บริการ คุณภาพของอาหาร และบรรยากาศที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการร้านอาหารไทยของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดที่ผ่านการทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นและความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริโภคที่ใช้บริการร้านอาหารไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 260 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 31-40 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานเอกชน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001 – 25,000 บาท และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า การรับรู้คุณภาพในการให้บริการ ด้านสิ่งที่สัมผัสได้ คุณภาพของอาหารและบรรยากาศส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการร้านอาหารไทยของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยร่วมกันพยากรณ์การตัดสินใจใช้บริการร้านอาหารไทยของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครได้ร้อยละ 51 ในขณะที่คุณค่าของสินค้า ด้านภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้าและความภักดีต่อตราสินค้า และการรับรู้คุณภาพในการให้บริการ ด้านการให้ความเชื่อมั่นไม่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการร้านอาหารไทยของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร The purpose of this study was to identify the brand equity, perceived service quality, food quality, and atmospherics affecting customers’ decision to choose Thai restaurant services in Bangkok. Closed-ended survey questionnaires were reviewed the validity of content, tested for reliability, and implemented to collect data from 260 customers of Thai restaurants in Bangkok. Additionally, data were statistically analyzed using multiple regression.
The results indicated that the majority of participants were female with 31-40 years of age. They completed bachelor’s degrees, worked in private companies, and earned average monthly incomes between 15,001 – 25,000 baht. The hypothesis testing revealed that the perceived service quality in terms of intangibles, food quality, and atmospherics affecting the customers’ decision to choose Thai restaurant services in Bangkok at the significant level of .05. These factors explained 51% of the influence toward customers’ decision to choose Thai restaurant services in Bangkok. However, the brand equity in terms of image and loyalty and the perceived service quality in terms of assurance did not affect customers’ decision to choose Thai restaurant services in Bangkok. |
