Abstract

การศึกษา โครงการจัดตั้ง ฟาร์มเพาะพันธ์เต่าขายครบวงจรในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางจัดตั้งโครงการเพาะพันธ์เต่าขายครบวงจร 2.เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการเลือกใช้บริการ จัดจำหน่ายสัตว์เลี้ยงเพาะพันธ์เต่าขายครบวงจร 3.เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยสภาวะแวดล้อมที่ทำให้เกิดความพึงพอใจต่อการเลือกใช้จัดจำหน่ายสัตว์เลี้ยวเพาะพันธ์เต่าขายครบวงจร ศึกษาในรูปแบบการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ โดยสืบค้นข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อให้ทราบถึงสถานการณ์ของกิจการและคู่แข่งซึ่งจะใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ของกิจการเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบที่เหนือคู่แข่งอันจะนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการประกอบธุรกิจและวิเคราะห์ถึงผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนเพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจให้กับผู้ลงทุน ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่าประชากรในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อการสำรวจความคิดเห็นจากแบบสอบถาม โดยทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างจากจำนวนผู้ชายและผู้หญิงไทยอายุ 18-50 ปี ที่มีพฤติกรรมชื่นชอบในการเลี้ยงสัตว์แปลก ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากไม่ทราบจำนวนประชากร จึงใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างจากสูตรคำนวนของ W.G Cochran ได้จำนวน 275 คน บวกสำรองอีก 10% คือ 27 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 302 คน สถิติที่ใช้คือการวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลจากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิผู้วิจัยจะทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามโดยจะนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ซึ่งเป็นการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistic) จากข้อมูลแบบสอบถาม และนำมาแสดงผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติซึ่งจะวิเคราะห์ผลเป็นความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ จากผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกซื้อสัตว์แปลก คือ ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้านช่องทางการจัดจำหน่าย และด้านส่งเสริมการตลาด รวมทั้งมีการกำหนดผังขั้นตอนการให้บริการเพื่อให้เกิดความรวดเร็วในการบริการและด้านแผนการเงินในการประมาณเงินระยะเวลาคืนทุนของกิจการเท่ากับ 2 ปี 3 เดือน และมูลค่าโครงการปัจจุบันสุทธิ (Net Present Value: NPV) ณ สิ้นปีที่ 5 เท่ากับ 37,618,680.00

The objective of this study is to study the opportunity of the business engagement and to assess the feasibility of the investment project as a guideline for business operation of complete turtle breeding farm for sale under the format of business plan preparation study. The information search, analysis on factors affecting business operation for recognition on business situation and competitors to support the decision in business strategy formulation for creating advantages over the competitors, leading to business engagement success, and Return on Investment for building investor confidence, were conducted. The finding of the study results indicated that the populations in this research such as populations residing in Bangkok Province zone were 6.335 million people in total (Department of Provincial Administration, Ministry of the Interior, 2014) and the sample groups for opinion survey from questionnaire form. The sampling was made from the number of Thai males and females with 18-50 years of age and favorite behavior in strange animal culture. However, due to non-recognition of the number of populations, sampling method from calculation formula of W.G Cochran was applied to get 275 people plus reserve for 10% which was 27 people, totaling to 302 people. The flow of the service provision procedure was determined for service rapidity. In addition, the financial plan in fund estimation described 2 years and 3 months for Return on Investment of the business and 37,618,680.00 Baht for Net Present Value (NPV) at the end of the 5th year.
