Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์การสร้างความแตกต่าง ปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาด และปัจจัย
ชุมชนออนไลน์ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้บริโภคในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้
แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ที่เคยซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่พักอาศัยอยู่ใน
เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จานวน 400 คน และใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่
ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความ ถดถอยเชิงเส้นเชิงเส้นแบบ
พหุคูณ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบจาแนกทางเดียว ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศ
หญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 26 – 30 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี โดยส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน และ
มีรายได้ต่อเดือนประมาณ 10,000 - 20,000 บาท และผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า กลยุทธ์การสร้างความแตกต่าง
ด้านบริการ แ ละด้านภาพลักษณ์ และปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางทางการตลาดด้าน ช่องทางการจัดจาหน่าย และด้านการ
ส่งเสริมการตลาด มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าผ่านทางพาณิชย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 This study aims, to study the differentiation strategies, marketing mix, and online community
affecting online product buying decision of consumer in Bangkok. The questionnaires were used to
collect data from as a research tool 400 consumers who used to buy products online and live in
Bangkok. The samples were randomly chosen using multistage sampling. The statistics used for
analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple linear regression
and One Way ANOVA. It was found that most of the respondents were women between 26-30 years
old, hold a bachelor's degree ,and most of them worked in the private company with the monthly
salary around 10,000-20,000 Baht. For the result on hypothesis testing, it was found that the
differentiation strategies on service and image, the marketing mix factor on distribution channel, and the promotion affected the decision in buying products online significantly at level 0.05. |
