Abstract: | การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สารวจความไว้วางใจที่มีต่อร้านค้าปลีกแบบ ดั้งเดิม ของผู้ที่อาศัยในอาคารชุด
และอาคารอยู่อาศัยรวมในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) สารวจการ ตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าจากร้านค้าปลีกแบบดั้งเดิมของผู้ที่อาศัยในอาคาร
ชุดและอาคารอยู่อาศัยรวมในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (3) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความไว้วางใจที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อ
สินค้าจากร้านค้าปลีกแบบดั้งเดิมของผู้ที่อาศัยในอาคารชุดและอาคารอยู่อาศัยรวมในเขต กรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้การ
วิจัยเชิงสารวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามที่มี ค่าความเชื่อถือได้เท่ากับ 0.970 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ตอบ
แบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุในช่วง 21 – 23 ปี มี สถานะภาพโสด ประกอบอาชีพนักเรียน / นักศึกษา มีการศึกษา
อยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรีและมีรายได้ เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนในช่วง 10,000 – 25,000 บาท มีความถี่ในการใช้บริการซื้อสินค้า 2-3 ครั้ง/
เดือน มีค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยในการใช้บริการซื้อสินค้าเดิมต่ากว่า 100 บาท มีการซื้อสินค้าจากร้านค้าปลีกบริเวณภายในอาคารชุดและ
อาคารอยู่อาศัยรวม มีการซื้อสินค้าเครื่องดื่มเป็นอันดับแรก มีเหตุผลที่ทาให้ตัดสินใจซื้อคือ ใกล้ที่พักอาศัย/ที่ทางาน ผู้บริโภคใน
เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีระดับความคิดเห็นในระดับมากว่าความไว้วางใจด้านสินค้าและราคาส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าจาก
ร้านค้าปลีกแบบดั้งเดิม ส่วนในด้านสถานที่จัดจาหน่ายและวิธีการจัดจาหน่าย การส่งเสริมการตลาด และบริการ มีระดับความ
คิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และระดับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าจากร้านค้าปลีกแบบดั้งเดิมมากที่สุด อันดับ แรก คือ
สถานที่จัดจาหน่าย ทาเลที่ตั้งของร้าน ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยพบว่า ความไว้วางใจในส่วนประสมการตลาด และการ
บริการมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าจากร้านค้าปลีกแบบดั้งเดิม ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร This study aims at (1) exploring the trust for traditional retailers of people living in condominiums
and residential buildings in Bangkok; (2) investigating the decision to purchase products from traditional
retailers of people living in condominiums and residential buildings in Bangkok, (3) analyzing the relationship
of trust that affects the decision to buy products from traditional retailers of people living in condominiums
and residential buildings in Bangkok. This study used the survey research method. A questionnaire was used in
the study, with the reliability of 0.970. The results found that the majority of respondents were females, aged
between 21 - 23 years old, single, studying at undergraduate level, who earn the average monthly income of
10,000 - 25,000 Baht, who visit shops 2 - 3 times per month, spend an average cost of purchase of less than
100 Baht, purchase products from the retail stores in condominiums and residential buildings, usually buy
drinks first, and decide to buy there because it is close to their home or office. Consumers in Bangkok had
opinions at a high level; trust in products and prices affected the decision to buy from traditional retailers;
regarding places of sale and distribution methods, marketing promotion and services had moderate levels of
comments and the factors level that had an effect on the decision to buy products from traditional retail
shops was at the most; the first factor being location. The hypothesis testing showed that trust in the
marketing mix and services were related to the purchase of traditional retailers in Bangkok. |
