Abstract: การศึกษาฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอิทธิพลของภาพลักษณ์ร้านค้ากับคุณสมบัติของตราสินค้า ที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันในตราสินค้าประเภทเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่นของผู้บริโภคที่เริ่มทำงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ตัวอย่างที่ ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ ผู้บริโภคที่เริ่มทำงานในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งมีอายุระหว่าง 23 –27 ปี โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม และสถิติเชิงวิเคราะห์ที่ใช้ในการ ทดสอบสมมุติฐาน คือ วิเคราะห์การถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพลักษณ์ของร้านค้าและคุณสมบัติ ของตราสินค้าส่งผลต่อความผูกพันตราสินค้า คิดเป็นร้อยละ 22.1 (R2 = .221) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .000 โดยที่คุณสมบัติของตราสินค้าส่งผลต่อความผูกพันในตราสินค้ามากกว่าภาพลักษณ์ของร้านค้า เมื่อพิจารณา เป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ภาพลักษณ์ของร้านค้าที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันในตราสินค้าประเภทเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่น ได้แก่ ภาพลักษณ์ด้านสินค้า ภาพลักษณ์ด้านราคา ภาพลักษณ์ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ และภาพลักษณ์ด้านสังคม ส่วนคุณสมบัติของตราสินค้า ที่ส่งผลต่อความผูกพันในตราสินค้าประเภทเสื้อผ้าแฟชั่น ได้แก่ คุณสมบัติของตรา สินค้า ด้านคุณสมบัติที่เชื่อมโยงกับผู้สวมใส่ และคุณสมบัติด้านกายภาพ
The objective of this study was to compare the influence of shop’s image and brand quality which affect to brand loyalty of fashion garment among the consumers who are new workers in Bangkok. The sample group of this study was 400 consumers who started working in Bangkok, age between 23-27 years old, selected by applying purposive sampling. The research instrument was the questionnaire. Analysis statistics was multiple regression analysis. The study revealed that the shop’s image and brand quality affected to brand loyalty are accounted for 22.1 (R2=.221), significance level at .000. Brand quality had more effect on brand loyalty than on shop image. The shop images which affected to brand loyalty of fashion garment were productimage, price image, physical environment image, and social image. Brand quality which affected to brand loyalty of fashion garment were quality relate to the wearers and physical quality.
